Once you have gone to Laxey....you get in the groove, idyllic and calming atmosphere, two awesome pubs, camping, and a bike show with stunning views, Cafe’s....I’m sold on Laxey all day long
Really liked that one. Music was perfect. IOM, Bikes and pies. Heaven on earth. Well done folks. Not sure the creg is a cafe but Sunday dinners are awesome.
Great video! Thank you for the recommendations. We visited The Isle Of Man last year a few weeks after the TT and we were blown away by the beauty of this Island. We are a large family (6 children) and stayed in Glen Helen- Glamping site. The Glen Rhenass waterfall was beautiful. Peel was another favourite, we spent all day on the beach and finished the day with a hearty pub dinner at the Marina Hotel. Great portion sizes, always a win for a large family. We visited some of the places you have listed but, will def see the rest next time. We have documented our stay on our channel too. We LOVED The Lodge At Glen Helen. Great location and the food was amazing. We met many bikers during our stay and families too. The Lodge Cafe are famous for the legendary burgers. We had great time and can't wait to visit again.
Chill lol, you're both kind of at fault. Yes its the café at the south of the Island that overlooks the Calf of Man, but you made it sound like it was a café ON the Calf of Man, which caused the confusion for 99aadsad99. And yeah, its called The Sound Cafe - 'The Sound' is what that area is called.
Behave, best cafe, in the UK, 😆 where’s the tinned tomatoes on the breakfast? The one you pay £16 for with a cup of tea? And then they want to put 10 or 20% on top as a discretionary fuel charge this year😂😂😂 that’s £18 plus for a breakfast with a raw tomato ffs. You wanna get out more boss if you think that’s the best cafe in the uk😂 it’s overpriced, contentious, and the queenies are nowhere near as good as in Peels pubs
There were so many restuarants, cafes, diners and tea rooms mentioned that could have all made it onto the list but we had to feature the ten most popular with our customer (BikeSocial members) who live on the Isle of Man! Cheers, Michael
All cracking places. You did forget to mention the extortionate prices at the Cregg though. How much is it again to stand on that balcony when there's a race on 👍
Just a suggestion, but I think most people associate cafes with food. It would have been nice if you'd shown more. I get that bike parking is important to you, but I'm sure that people will want to eat as well.
My dreams is across atlantic ocean to Portugal with my motorcycle on a ship, and ride to france, get another ship and arrive at isle of Man to see TT competition. From Brazil , BMW F800R 2015 motorcycle.
The sound cafe..... £13.50 for a breakfast with a discretionary “ fuel” surcharge added this year? That’s best part of £18 for a breakfast and a cup of tea! Ridiculous. And they don even do tinned tomatoes, just a half of a so called grilled cold one.
How is featuring a list of the top ten most popular motorcycle-friendly cafes on the Isle of Man an advert for Bennetts? We produced the film as part of our Motorcycle Island series to demonstrate how fabulous the Isle of Man is for motorcyclists regardless of the TT/Manx GP! Of course we used the opinions of our customers/members who live on the Island, which in turn allows us to promote our offering. Isn't that why every single person posting on RUclips does what they do?
I think most people involved only want to show the Island at its best to others and to stimulate tourism. As a person interviewed I can endorse the fact that those were my reasons for being involved….to let others know…..and if Bennett’s get some customers as a result then good on them …they spent the money to do the production and broadcast it to people throughout the U.K. and beyond…..so like and share !
Since filming this, unfortunately @05:29 Conrad's is now closed 😥

Sounds good. I've never been before, and I'm camping in Laxey next week! 😄
Agreed! Laxey is beautiful.
Really liked that one. Music was perfect. IOM, Bikes and pies. Heaven on earth. Well done folks. Not sure the creg is a cafe but Sunday dinners are awesome.
It's my favourite combination!
Thanks for the comment. Cheers, Michael

Thank you so much for sharing, your trip sounds like quite an adventure and I’m glad you enjoyed it as well as this video.
Cheers, Michael
you could add the Cafe in Douglas on this list as well, great little cafe with cracking food and staff.
Good call! There are many more we could have included but only had space for the ten most popular as chosen by Bennetts customers who live on the IoM
Isle of Man quality island nice people cafés biker place thanks Great coverage guy's 👍❤️
Our pleasure!
The Caff in Douglas, great food, quite small but always busy.
Wunderschöne Insel🇮🇲💓
Courts Cafe in Ramsey, next door to Costa Packet Coffee. A friendly cafe, their poached egg on doorstep toast is to die for.
Get yourselves to the Ramsey swimming pool cafe, for a freshly cooked breakfast!!!!!!!!
Yes, it was voted for but didn't quite make the top 10
The TT is on my bucket list, at least I’ll know where to go to get decent food.
Look out for more episodes, we'll be riding the Top 10 non-TT roads soon... again, as voted for by those that live there.
The Calf of Man Cafe is the best in the UK. I love that place. Been going there for years.
Which is particularly impressive as there's no such cafe
@@RiskyIOM Yes their is you muppet. It's called the Sound Cafe.

@@csud9540 what you on about....£10.50 for their big breakfast
Peel swimming pool for breakfast is the Island's best kept secret. 😋
Yes, we had several votes for that one but it didn't make the top 10.
Should have gone to the Bowling Green Cafe at the end of the prom, bloody good food.

Yes ...👍

An arm and a leg ...
I've watched from the Cregg once, to tick it off the bucket list, but won't be going back....
Conrods now closed, in Ramsay
Duncans diner in Peel, best breakfast on the island.
Right, it's on the list for us to try at TT 2024. Thanks, Michael!

That’s me in peel lol yay lol
I should have said hi! Nice bike though :-)

Port jack chippy. Hit and miss.. mostly miss...
Hi Kathy - we just went to the most popular as chosen by our customers/members who live on the IoM!

They are known for being expensive..
Seems a bit like an advertising, not a lot of my favorits and Not in that row.
Just an advert for bennetts
Of course it is, what were you expecting?
Its an advert for local business too. You clearly didnt watch the video if you didnt know that. Try being less cynical.

Well didn't Bennetts go to the trouble of making the vid?
Would you prefer if the presenter wore a boiler suit and a balaclava? )))))))
I can't stand background music when I'm trying to listen to what folks are saying.
