HamiltonRb I didn’t miss any of it. I played it all. I just haven’t been this excited about a band in nearly 40 years of it all.

I looked at his Instagram page, and it's beautiful stuff. Not normal kid or rock and roll stuff. I'm a high school teacher and I wonder what he was like as a student. I am betting he was funny but intensely serious and interested in the state of the world. He talks about humanity...and I believe he means it.
Seen them in Glasgow on Sunday. Holy shit, they blew the roof off. What a gig. They had a 10-minute jam out the guitar failed, they didn't panic, drums and bass played on while the guitar was changed and on they went, I was blown away. Myself and husband just looked at each other and said WOW!! What a gig. Went straight into number one spot on the gig scene for me
People should stop hating on Greta Van Fleet, if they sound like Led Zeppelin that’s a compliment and if they do how many bands can you name that sounds like Led Zeppelin.

I went looking for a video like this to see if they would explain the message for black smoke rising. Turns out I was right which is cool especially since I’ve been reading and watching a lot about ancient history

ORIGINAL and that is that! To say they are ripping off LZ is just ignorant as that would then imply every musician is ripping off another in their given genres/sound. What is confusing so many is we just have not heard much music worthy of note with this sound in a very long time. Its a sound and this is the sound that comes out of this band. They are simply doing what comes most natural to them and IMO they are absolutely on the right path.
Let's not forget these are all original songs also. I am a huge fan of LZ but we cant pretend to not be aware of the fact they took line for line many of their most popular songs from existing work.
Get over it. Nobodys trying to take anything from us old codgers it is just that a band worthy of note has finally arrived.

very good EP, what I don't understand is why it wasn't a full LP if they had recorded so many songs. maybe they felt like they had grown allot as a band since recording many of them, or many of the songs weren't recorded as good as they wanted them to be. whatever the reason, I am looking forward to there first full LP. and I hope it has more of a live feel to it than the ep. I am a huge fan of Zeppelin and 60's and 70's rock n roll. so I love seeing a band that is bringing back some of the vibe of that era. I just wish I could be contributing to the new album. wa wa wa

Yeah, they do a lot of nose and face rubbing. Guess they are nervous on cam. They don’t look wired though. They do talk a lot without saying much. OK, all that BS aside they are about the only band I know of playing music that sounds like old time R&R and sound pretty dang good. There are some really hot young guys playing the blues these days but not many playing this style of R&R so keep on going guys👍👍👍👍👍👍

My nose itches a lot too sometimes, but it's usually because of the dust in the air, or if I'm nervous about something.These guys are CALM here, so I highly doubt they're on anything.
Obviously, these guys are really well adjusted and they don't anything more than alcohol to chill with. Josh's fave drink in the future (5/21) is Salty Dogs, one of my favorites back in the day) Try one , they're great.
I Love their music. They are just amazing at such a young age. I do worry about one thing though. They both scratch their nose and face often. I often see that behavior in my patients hooked on cocaine. I surely hope that I am wrong in this case. Be careful guys.

Not to be a downer.. cause I loooove these guys but holy shit.. I almost get the feeling they didn’t write this stuff.. I dunno!! It’s all super deep especially when the curtain falls... fucking genius.. anyways all I’m saying is I’m optimistically cautious... these guys aren’t even outta school!! Sooo if uhhh they did completely write this and wrap the music around his vocal style im completely blown away... I’m a hard core tool fan they inspired me as a young kid to play guitar and I’m kinda ok at it now but wow these guys are reaally good..
