You can tell Josh and Jake are developing into the frontmen/rock stars of the band, while Sam and Danny are the grounded ones. Hope they don't start getting on each other's nerves too much.
I think the pressure on the band will come if Jake turns into a fully fledged guitar hero.

Saw them this summer and they are amazing. Danny is mind-blowing on drums, they all are so talented!! Best concert I've seen in years, they killed it. Sam and Josh are so cute in this, I just can't. Descriptions of Danny’s injuries actually sound really terrible and the threat of arthritis and long term damage must be godawful for a drummer. I’m hoping they build some rest time into the album tour schedule.

I had the same thing he had from a gym injury and it was painful lasted all summer it went away but it's a sharp pain in the wrist and it would come from something as simple as turning a door knob.

Sounds like tendinitis The guitarist in one of my bands had it from playing too much. Rest was the fix and he was back on stage in no time. You can get it from overuse of any joint.

Nah, the pattern is just for the EP's (based on the Black Smoke Rising lyrics). Their 1st full-length will be it's own thing. BTW, Ezekiel Butterscotch has got to be one of the coolest names ever!

ede292 The current pattern is derived from a song (Black Smoke Rising) that's on both their EP's. If that song isn't going to be on their 1st full-length album (which it won't be, of course), then it's safe to assume they won't use lyrics from Black Smoke Rising to name their 1st album. It'll most likely have it's own theme.

Thinking of the drummer and his wrist issue as long as he is on the first 4 albums maybe not quite 4 but at min their breakout and can hang in there just long enough I hope he is setup well enough in his contract that should he have to leave in a year or so he will be well taken care of off royalties ect. Very scary stuff cause when your band is on a roll like these guy's are right now you have to cease the moment no time for waiting
