Check out From Zero To Zed:, Track used in today's video "Zero" / syrieltiger
Yamaha YST MS201
Creative I-Trigure 3400
Altec Lansing AVS300
Yes Garret, writing on speakers to tell us the model is, in fact, a *good way to tell us the model!* 😂

@@gabernment lmao, coming back to older videos as well
@@gabernment👎
Precision hammer skills!
the hammer is the most delicate tool in the workshop
the second most delicate tool is the angle grinder
years of experience haha (litteraly!)
Gatlin Garage on that Yamaha sub if that was me I probably would’ve ended up going through the speaker cone as I would miss the box lol
People dont even know, I do lots of construction deck building roofing and stuff like that, I dont know why my framing air nailer that drives big spikes never ended up on the show, or the thing that uses a .22 blank to go into cement lol
He really does👌
The smashing of the cabs to get to the speakers-and then the smiles of delight on Mr Garrets face as the smoke, sparks, and flames came out of the voice coils!!!Lets all spook speakers with Garret!!!
😅🎉❤
Garrett-Aww Come on Yamaha
Yamaha-We gotta do What We Gotta Do
YES! i remember when i took apart one of the satellites for the creative speakers we had when i was a kid, the satellites indeed said cambridge on them!!!
Crazy that ive been subbed to you for a decade now lol
subbed since 2009
ive subbed this guy since i was in high school probably around 2009 too used to watch his videos every day and now still a fan -LONDON,UK
Wong iki goblok tenan.. Juaammpoottt tenan
Angry Whale Me to but my old account got hacked
@Donald J. Trump you are not Donald trump
I actually have an I-Trigue 3200 (i think) at home with it's satellites too, but one of them is missing one out of the three drivers. I don't have the remote control thing for it so it's useless, but I'm looking forward to buying one.
The sound of woofers bottoming out is music to my ears.
I love this RUclips channel
I saw your channel I was 7 years old
Now I’m 16 years
PyroTechAlpha i used to love watching this channel when i was younger it was very funny i was around 6 now im 12
the sansational sans I remember every old videos of garret Claridge
It was the first destroy things channel I have seen
Sorry for my bad English
Im french
Same they where very funny to watch though arnt thay
The sound of you smashing the woofer cabs Is amazing
Note to self: if you come across an old Yamaha subwoofer, DONT PUT 2000 WATTS THROUGH IT
I think the answer is you should put 2000w into it! That was spectacular

no not 2000 watts, more like 15k watts!
Awesome blowouts Garret!
Also, i am excited to see the creative subwoofer, and it's a big shame you don't have the satellite drivers. I remember back in like 2007 when i was 5 years old, my parents had a creative surround sound computer speaker system and we even had a creative sound card in our windows xp desktop. When i was little i thought the subwoofer was the most powerful thing ever, but now i'm sure it was just a crappy 12 inch or smaller woofer driver with a suspension soo weak that if you barely touch it while it is playing, the coil will rub EDIT: just saw the intro to the creative sub, and indeed, it came out in 2007, so that's probably why i remember us going through the surround setup, with the girl's voice saying "front left, front right, rear left, rear right. Also, i remember when i was like 3, before the creative sub, we had this speaker system with a subwoofer, and it had the typical 2000's yellowed white plastic enclosures. I'm sure it was an altec lansing or something like that.
The Creative speaker systems were actually pretty decent for their price range. They generally shat all over Logitech crap.
@@djlobb yeah, they definitely did. I just assumed the sub was cheap bc I haven't seen it since I was like 7 (I'm 16 now) and the creative speaker system I have most recently seen was a very low end creative system, with a 4 inch sub that coil rubs just from loud music even, and especially rubs like hell when you touch it, and satellite speakers with speaker drivers in them that I assume are like at most 3 watts, since they weigh nothing, and don't have removable covers.
@@nascarsimracing1 Indeed, the budget Creative stuff is quite poor.
Most creative speakers are pretty good
Amazing how the 2 subwoofer went of fire omg well done garret my man love your videos
I have a pair of 1999 labtec speakers that I got from a thrift store in 2015. I love those speakers!
Hell yeah I'm using 1998 Technics I got from the dump in 2014 lol
watching with the same alec lansing speakers in this video!! looks cool and weird at the same time seeing them blown and disassembled lol
Jeez the creative woofer and the woofer from the yamaha is a absolute bonfire
that was a nice show Garrett! I like the smoke and flame from most of the speakers you blew up.
Best hammer aim ever! CEO of hammering
The Yamaha was a top performer!! Very impressive execution. Keep them coming Garret
MORE good spookin',Pookin',and gatching!!!!All of those died a super death!!The altec ones some computer stations till at work are still being used!!!!Other altec speakers like what you blew got surplused!
That one woofer didn't want to go without a fight! Nice.
Im subbed from the beggining we basiclly grow up together you are like a brother to me
That's creepy
dude, blow them FIRST and THEN destroy them!
he does. He only removes the dust cap that they smoke more. I don't think you know much about speaker...
@@voradora7174 i dont think you do either
why do you think that way?
The dust cap covers the voicecoil and the voicecoil is the thing that smokes while blowing a speaker
@@voradora7174the smoke can exit through several other holes so why is it necessary
lol,can i use a small part for the next compilation?
haha sure

@@GarretClaridgeMeerkat why did you smash them up you could’ve used them for something
@@jakesullivan3377 dude those were old and taking space in is room
I own a dindinmodern brand speaker. Honestly, it's really good. I prefer his bass. I've been using it for a year so far and it deserves my praise.
Do love the way carefully open up these lol 👊
"I was trying to be careful with it...." That's funny......
How have I only just seen this today....new subscriber here. Great videos!
I use to have the creative system, I remember liking it, it has a cool look.
I could smell them from here!
Huge fan garret
Keep going.
Your videos are AMAZING !!!
I never knew hammers would be such a good demolition tool
Y do you take so much enjoyment in blowing speakers .I could have used those to disturb my neighbors with
Oh man. I bet the the smell if the carnage was pretty intense. Awesome show and a good laugh again sir!
the speaker movement is so cool
Yamaha speaker is my favourite
Excellent blow-outs there. Have you thought of doing a video of blowing speakers by under powering them and just going full distortion? I guess it would probably take too long!
Ahhh. It’s another speaker blowing video to brighten my day.
The New garret speaker brand “if it don’t come already blowed, we blow it for you”
Oh my, this guy looks like one of the finest
Stephen King characters. So adamant, happy and creepy at the same time... and the giggle...priceless
It would be cool if you tested the speakers on their boxes before blowing them to know how they sounded
Gerret:how do you get into these things well it doesn't look like there is a proper way to get into these things me: since dose gerret get into speakers propley
2:25 FBI open up!!!!
That Yamaha sub must have a high pass filter built in
Speaker unboxing..
LIterally.
2:44 those are like ripping leggings open 🦁
hahaa! This was awesome! I always enjoy watching computer speakers blow apart, thanks for making a sweet video eh!
10:17 Speaker smokes and flames.
I've been looking forward to this one.
This is one way to open a speaker
Those speakers really did a good show!
Creative sub was realy good i have that
You're using your pinch jaw terminal connectors. Holds a connection better!
The Creative was the only one that actually looked like a subwoofer lol.
Yamaha was the best one. 9/10
Never been this early to a garret video
u should blow them in their boxes and not freeair :/ would be more interesting to see
But then how is he gona connect it to the music
When people ask what you do on RUclips, do you say “Oh, I beat the shit out of speakers!” 😂
I live for videos like this. Wish u could go to a goodwill or some second hand shop and buy some speakers to destroy.
haha yeah the thrift stores around me deal in cloths only so people selling the junk charge like crazy haaha, lucky i have many truck owners always looking out for stuff on the side of the road for me or local donations
a good video its surprising how much a speaker can take over its rating
That Yamaha took a beating tho.. For a cheap computer system I give it props
I didn’t waiting for this too long
"This thing tough" booom boom
nice Video garret
I love the music style. Sure its worths subing. Amazing work.
2:21 “me when my speakers don’t connect to my phone” 😂
Damn Yamaha has come a long way
Hammer time
Creative won but Yamaha went in much bigger style :)
That, was, AWESOME!
Yamaha watched your videos and said he is not going to blow our speakers
its marvelous ho you dont often damage the speakers like this
Man I'm really glad u are uploading regularly again! I really miss your quality blowout videos!! As well as your other content, Keep it up man!
Creative speakers actually sound pretty good.
0:55 Demonic Laugh
Naahahahahahaha!!
Absolutely love this!!. Have a great weekend.
Wow that yamaha was like doing false advertising or something lol. But it sure made a good show though
There’s a Harmon kardon system which has a subwoofer and eight satellite speakers of which four for each row with ports, as well as the sub having a port as well
Yeah,I know that one,its pretty overpriced garbage.
UK gang where u at
This thing is tough!
*SMASHES RIGHT TROUGH*
Instead of breaking them, give them to my bro 😐😐😐
You are surgical with that hammer!!!!
The sub for the avs looks really good
Gosh ! The flames ! Pretty well !
The Yamaha was the best speaker blow out ever
when you are a hardcore mac lover but your mom bought the wrong speaker 2:38
They actually sounded pretty ok
why altec have an insane excursion with small magnets
cause its small in width doesn't mean its small in depth wich really matters in the speakers excursion.
@@streeatbeat because the speaker is so flat
Is it bad, that I've blown up enough junk speakers that I can smell it when I see the smoke? lol
My school has some of this avfs except no sub speakers are taller
That's was funny. Great job on what you did
Good Job
the first speaker was produced the year i was born!
The 3rd system is not bad it could be used for a tv which i would do
Awesome
When i see a broken speaker i save it
2007? That's about when we started seeing videos from poopoogarret XD
Also, speakers always look interesting when you turn them at an angle and catch the roll of the CMOS sensor just right.
The first sub you took a part you almost got it right but you only take off the gray piece
That yamaha woofer was stout, that thing took a beating
