You are NOT helping with how much i want full remakes of the DS Zelda games!
That's the dream!!!
Me too buddy, me too, this DOES sound like it could be from a remake(I want one so bad!😭) this sounds amazing though.
They should remake the games with better controls, and maybe in the process add more flair to the bosses especially the final boss.
Imagine if it was in the same actual playstyke as windwaker too
I think this is one of the only actual remix of this fight. Severly underrated theme
I think that's because it sounds pretty intimidating to remix a song like that. This guy knows what he's doing
@@biggierocc1935 Gal. Her name is Evelyn lol
@@nathanielwilcox7294 I know that, I have more than 2 brain cells. I just didn't know who made it at first and didn't think it was important enough to go find this reply to edit it
tbh I was half expecting someone to yell at me for the gender thing, but it took longer than expected.
@@biggierocc1935 i wasn't yelling at you. I was only trying to make sure you knew it was a woman :p.
@@nathanielwilcox7294 understandable
That eerie moan in strings instead of synth.... Even creepier! I love it!
This really makes me wonder if a full 3D Phantom Hourglass/Spirit Tracks remake would work. A lot would have to change of course but it would be pretty amazing to have the Wind Waker trilogy in the same style
@J Wilt Yeah I totally agree, that's what I meant by full 3D. The problem is that the game and all its puzzles were designed around the touchscreen and a lot would have to be changed to make it work like a traditional 3D Zelda game. I'd still love to see an attempt at it though!
@@Keanine If they used a regular 3rd person camera I think it'd be best to be able to switch to a top-down perspective assuming the areas were the same. I also would want the touch controls to be removed except for the map, but have the option to use the left control stick and use map pins, and forget the mic. lol
@@neonmajora8454 I pictured the areas being adjusted to work with the new camera with more elevation and updated puzzles. That said your suggestion would work with less changes so maybe it's easier to do it that way
They could also change the boomerang and similar items to work like the beetle does in Skyward Sword which avoids use of the touchscreen for that mechanic
@@Keanine Either one would work for me if done well. The beetle idea is good, but I think having the boomerang controls from Wind Waker would work too.
One thing I wish they would change if said remaster were to be produced is to actually transform the Princess as she is possessed.
I know it's not that important but it was the only thing that I couldn't get out of my mind. Like... Even in Twilight Princess when Zelda was possessed by Ganondorf, she had noticeable markings all over her and a slight skin coloration. In here, she just has a blue aura, red schelra and yellow pupils (OK the eyes are cool, not to diss on them but it doesn't fix everything). If Possessed Zelda could have a few more traits added to her, that would be awesome.
Some of my favorite things about the all of this are like.. The whole way you converted that train chugging bass into these whole orchestra sections, where I can like completely hear all these different instruments making up the beat. And also:
0:26- The small instrumental flair
1:42- Haunting instrument in background
Those little pieces always stuck out in my mind about how well this song is built and I looove so much how you put them together here.
The way you really converted the really extremely synthy noises too turned out so well, and I was like so aware of those when I commissioned it and was like 'oh will the feeling around those even convert well?' but the way the violin rings in that haunted feeling of the song, like we're facing this demon king's ghost possessing Zelda in an almost deathly demon world and everything is so well presented.
Thank you so much!
thank you for commissioning this0
You may be the bravest remaker/reorchestrater I've seen so far. For the longest time I've been wanting to remake this specific track but I always gave up because I never actually knew how to approach it by replicating the sounds, and I think that is the main reason why other content creators haven't tried to remake this, because they didn't really know how to replicate the sounds that gave that same impact that the original song had, but you, through FULL reorchestration, have managed to do so. I'm simply astounded by the work that you put in your projects.
You've kinda inspired me to try and attempt remaking this track again.
A very underrepresented song! It really makes me wish for a true switch remaster of Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks.
The lead string instrument is perfect in this arrangement! So haunting and tense!
Such an under appreciated game. Thanks for giving it love!
YOUVE DONE IT NOW! I’ve literally been searching for this song to be arranged for years. There’s so many gems I. Spirit tracks
One of the top reasons I commissioned it! Can never find any love for this song, so I asked for it myself
NajaSide thank you for commissioning this
Omg another one! This is a gift that keeps giving!
Couldn't have said it better myself
I would love the Malladus in Coles body combined with Malladus part 2 orchestrated
This sounds so professionally made!
This is the best remastered/orchestrated track I've ever heard from any game, not just spirit tracks in particular. It's the faithful approach with carefully selected instruments that sound like the original, but gives it the atmosphere this track aims for. It's such a good orchestrated version, including the urgency (in this part 1:00) this song instills in the listener that would make this the perfect fit for a remaster, no not just that, but like something way more. This take on the song is just so good.
Man I forgot how great the latter half of this track was. Great job!
THANK YOU for these wonderful Spirit Tracks soundtracks ! ^^
This theme is one of my favorite end-game battle themes. It's so chilling and intense, really capturing the dire atmosphere!
And of course, well done on the remix! Sorry if I ever forget to say that in my comments, I get so taken by the songs that it sometimes slips my mind!
WOOOOOW!!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!!
Great to see this game getting some more love!
This is one of my favorite songs in Spirit Tracks! Thank you for making this arrangement! 🙂
My god what a beautiful remix
Spirit Tracks 💜 Thanks for this one too! :D
EDIT - Oh my GOD THIS ONE IS EVEN BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL
Demon Train is a great theme as well.
Songs to commission in the future
@@NajaSide maybe, that's a great idea.
One of the best tracks in the game ❤
I can totally see thise annoying energy rats around the princess armor
You can even hear really subtle squeaking in the background
I can hear Cole's cackles as you fail to strike him with your sword
Whoa! I've been searching for a remix of this boss battle! Amazing work!
This is great.
just found some of your stuff the other day, man I fucking love it! Especially how stressful this track sounds
Hm, I wonder if these Spirit Tracks remixes are leading to a particular song...? Keep it up!
👀Hopefully it's the one you're thinking of!
@@TheNobleDemon It definitely was the one for ME. 🙏
Fighting demon king malladus along with cole on the demon train
It would be really awesome to hear part 2 of the malladus battle arranged. Everyone does the 1st and 3rd parts tho it seems
Just missing the "he he he" from Cole at 0:02
It's a great remastered song. I'm currently DMing a DnD campaign using the Eberron, and it's a great fit for the BBEG that the player characters will encounter in Cyre 1313.
I'll post a review later.
That's some true nightmare.
a year later and i have another criticism
a major part of spirit tracks is the spirit flute
a magic pan flute
its used in a lot of tracks from this game
including this one
the part from 1:00 to 1:20 really could of used some pan fluting
so fucking good
epic
1:00 this sounds way to good, I WANT REMAKES NINTENDO
this is pretty good
but i think the "chugging" should of hit harder
the sample in the ds version isnt as highgrade but really makes this track special
other then that this is great (and so far the only remake of this underrated theme i could find)
Dang i got to commisson you some day
14/8 time? I think??? That's a wacky one.
