Another great one knocked out of the park. Now i will say your small size and small hands definitely was an advantage on that one. I would have fumbled with those back bolts and dropped them several times. Keep it up.
Stormy you ain't no joke! Love the meticulous way you work. Really shows your high level of education in the auto repair field. Very much worthy of respect! Awesome!!!
one thing you forgot to mention Stormy, is the motor needs to be rotated to the exhaust stroke on number one cylinder. Just a heads up! Over all, great job!!
@@ETAlskog I wasnt able to do that in my truck I have the 6.2 an I’m short, I had to have someone turn it while I looked in the hole with the spark plug pulled out.
It’s soo cool seeing such a young capable female applying herself in this way! You would probably be successful at anything you ever focused on. Cheers
Thought the valve cover bypass broke at 2:30 too. Fun times. Great vid, reminds me of when I was the size to sit on a rad support and not break anything.
It's always amazing every project that you tackle. It's so cool that you can fit in a small space and work so well removing all those parts. Keep it up, I enjoy your videos a fan from shop C&H AUTOCARE in Garland TX
I've never removed a modern intake like that, looks awkward! At least the gaskets are in groves and stay in place. The tip about replacing the line is good to know, not something I would normally think to do.
Hey Stormy, nice work! What were the issues that made you replace the HP pump? Was it down on power or it just wouldn't run right or a check engine light maybe. That work light bar really works well and is nicely out of the way...I gotta get one of those. 👍
Stormy, come on now give me a video. Hey i got to thinking, we have never seen a shop tour or maybe a toolbox tour with you. Might be interesting being that you are doing electric now.
So you didn't really need to check if the Cylinder 1 is on top position like others have said. I don't really know the reason for it but... I see that you didn't so.
Your closeup of removal of the HPFP electrical connection was super helpful! None of the boyz videos did that, just saying. Keep it up.

You can pull the spark plug out an look to see when it’s too dead center
@@ChanceCheliosor just look at the valves since the intake is off lol

I kept picturing my 69 year old, 6'-4", 260 lb self doing what you were doing, and decided to hire out that job if it ever becomes necessary.

You make it look easy! Well done Stormy! 😊
Thank you Freddy!
Spect to bolt back the fuel pump?. great video thanks
Love your videos
Always wondered how the guys at the dealer I work at do stuff.. You nerd a purge valve? I stock it 😊
Stormy, from start to finish how long did it take you?
Question did you make sure that your number 1 cylinder was at top center or using your method was it necessary
I didn't check but i just made sure the cam lobe was in the lower position for the HP fuel pump
This is one cool lady
Me: bae I got to go to the shop my pump went…
Wrenchology:I took care of that already
😂 that's about right
Nice Nice Nice
❤❤❤
What size fuel line tool?
Wait a minute, you didn't set cylinder one TDC lady. Why not?
Why you change the high pressure pump ?
Not a 2014. LT engine came out in 2015

That’s what I was thinking. So it’s not required or what?
You skipped Getting top dead center on cylinder 1
🌭 💘
In other videos I’ve seen people ensure engine is turned to a certain degree but I didn’t see you do that here? Is that required?
