Sooooo!! Tammy and I had the hilarious 🙄 idea that we would move the clock around (as people had been fixating on it). I edited this video BEAUTIFULLY so that the clock just randomly appeared in different spots. Then somehow I uploaded the original unedited version * head slap * . Ah well!!

I so agree , people should mind their own business about how you actually spend YOUR money Carla , I don’t smoke or drink or buy lots of clothes but we have a holiday in USA every year and I keep being asked how can I afford to do this ? Simple , xI spend my money on different things from you !
I'm loving this. You're inspiring me to leave my monthly savings alone! I save a certain amount for a Holiday. However, these last 2 months, I've dipped into that money. Only by a small amount, but that's not the point, as it all mounts up. I'm slowly replacing that amount , and these Vlogs are helping me to focus. Thank You
That said, eating out gives you ( and me 😊!!) joy! It's what I look forward to, each week. Life's too short to never have anything pleasurable to look forward to, or to have to feel guilty about. I work hard, don't smoke, rarely drink and have plenty of clothes!! So, eating out is my 'hobby' 😊 You love to visit Restaurants,? Do it !! Enjoying watching you both and listening to your banter. As things are today £100 is some peoples food shop yes its your money but its way over the top for bingo as you just said your always right but there are people who work but could not justify what you spend on bingo and scratch cards if you put it on utube expect comments

I don’t particularly enjoy people being rude , if that’s what you mean. As for the money, I’m not sure what you’re getting at - yes, some people would need to spend that money on their food shop. Some people spend £400 a week on their groceries, some spend £20. You seem to be suggesting that I should feel guilty for spending it when others would prioritise it elsewhere?
I enjoy these videos with the two of you. You’re both hilarious. I definitely agree with others on here that Tammy’s prescription shouldn’t have come out of her budget.
I'm the exact same with online shopping! I deleted all my shopping apps off my phone and deleted my saved cards, and this has 💯 helped cut back because I'm lazy lol and can't be bothered to go get my card and put in all the details lol another thing I've found that helps with that dopamine hit is writing out a list of who's birthdays and Christmas gifts I need for the coming year and will spend ages searching for the perfect gift within budget and then get that rush when it arrives and I get to open it and look forward to giving it to the recipient as I know it's something they will love 💕 xxx

Prescription charges in England only !!! Scotland 🏴 and Wales 🏴 are both Free !but in England you can pay a yearly charge of I think £114 and that covers any prescription you have in that year .
But the English have to pay for the Scots and the Welsh!

We all have our vices. I do love bingo. £600 a month for bingo and scratch offs. That is a lot per month. I’d take more vacations!
Ignore the nit pickers. I do agree with the other comments regarding medication given it’s a necessity, I also agree that your winnings should go into your pot. This is a really good exercise and is quite eye opening how much mindless spending most of us do, the idea of putting it in the basket and waiting a couple of days is excellent.
Carla, and anyone else for that matter "you do you and spend the money on whatever you want to. Some people like expensive clothes jewellery whatever floats your boat.

Hey ladies, Whats with the clock?? very strange. lol. Yes i agree that Tammy should be left off regarding the prescription charge. Medication is a must and not a choice. Yes its only England that pay prescription charges. Scotland and Wales dont pay. Very clever of Tammy to use her £10 food budget on food for meals rather than a sandwich. Very savvy.
Hi ladies, it's really eye opening when your on a budget & the cash is getting less & less , I know if I keep cash in my purse & don't use my debit card fir grocery shopping, coffee out ,that kind of spending ,using cash & seeing it really doesn't go very far makes me spend much less & think about what I need ,rather than I want . Only problem is I find it miserable ,so I don't do it very often 😂😅😂😂, take care love Kathy xx

Tammys prescription should definitely not come out of her budget. That's a necessity! Anyway, enjoyed your banter. Just wish the joy sappers would stop leaving their negative messages. What miserable lives they must lead, never eat out, never buy anything but essentials, save all your money so someone else can enjoy it in the future, do not have fun, Thankfully, I live like you, enjoy wherever possible. Ok. Would you like some test strips, needles, insulin, lancets etc.? I have lots of empty waterproof pots if you need them. I use two different types of insulin- one is fast acting and one is a base one.
Well done on not buying starch cards. It’s fine as Tammy brought her prescription which is roughly her meal allowance.

You two are so funny together 😁 I really need to reign in my online spending - I've managed to stop using the foreign ones but Amazon is a killer and far too easy to just click add to basket - you're right about the hit though - once you've opened the parcel more often than not you've forgotten about it a day later!! Looking forward to seeing how much you have left (or not) at the end of the month!!

NHS Prepay prescription certificate is a god send for me
Roughly £10 a month direct debit and I collect all my prescriptions at no extra cost.
Every time I collect my medication I’m so glad I don’t live in the USA.

This is a really interesting mini series, possibly as revealing to yourselves as it is to us? I wonder if you have heard of Zero Based Budgeting, where you fully allocate your income each month into various “pots”? It can be a little more challenging when you have variable income such as eBay, but the ebay income could be assigned to longer-term pots such as holiday funds and savings. Also, Carla, I know you love to read, have you read Rich Dad, Poor Dad, I think you may find it interesting? Very much looking forward to the remainder of your vlogs on this and Tammy is such a charming guest on your videos. Thank you both!

Only because you asked … yes it’s cheating. You would usually have taken it in turns but you have changed the order deliberately to defer the cost to next month. You sound like you think you are doing your friend a favour.
You didn’t ask about the bingo winnings but I agree with Natalie. The cost of the bingo came out of your budget so it is fair to put the winnings back into your budget, up to the amount you took out.
Tammy could have been excused for not taking the prescription cost out of her budget as it is a necessity like the cost of dog food.
I think it was fair to use her food allowance for food. If it was a cash alternative, then it would not have been fair to include that to her budget/. She is just a savvy spender!!
