    Not everything is a negotiation - some things are just decisions which shouldn't distract from real negotiations as you say the wants and needs or power imbalance are the start

      Anytime there is a want or a need in you or in your counterpart's head you're in a negotiation. A negotiation is just a difficult conversation.

    I’m curious, in my business I ask people “how did you hear about us?” Cause as of now, it’s only word of mouth.
    @blackswangroupltd would you say it’s better to 2mm shift to something like, “ seems like you reached out to us for a reason. Why would you pick us over the others?”
