Hi, do you also have some guides for doing full gaps during pregnancy?

I am glad you say that Natasha did say that heating honey is not ideal. From what I have learned from practitioners within Ayur Veda, and traditional Siddha medicine, honey is indeed said to become toxic when heated too much. I.E. you can put it in warm beverages, but never in boiling water.
From the tradition, honey is one of the healthiest foods otherwise, but the opposite when heated too much.
I trust this, but I know it's not "scientifically proven" or whatever. We all follow what seems true to us right.
Love your videos and everything you put out, thank you so much!

I’m English & pronounce it Wustersher. It’s regional, so really, however you’re comfortable, we all usually know what each other means. 😊

We're from Indiana in the US, and we say ( in our house ) what's-this-here sauce.

These honey candies will be what I will be making for my family in heart shaped molds for Valentine’s Day.

I love these videos especially as my family prepares to do the gaps intro for the second time. I was wondering if you could make a video about meals that would be good for prepping before a new baby again (I’ve watched your last one where you made meatloaf and love it!) as we are having a baby in June. Also if you had suggestions for meal train meals that are full gaps since I hope to have a meal train after our baby is born and would love to give some suggestions of foods that would be easy for a non-gaps person to make for our gaps family. Thanks!

Well, this is just perfect! I've been planning what to cook/serve for our youngest child's 2nd bday party coming up, and this gave me some wonderful ideas. Thank you! ❤

Mmm. I would love to add elderberry to the honey candies and make taking elderberry a real treat since heat does not affect it.

I do the same thing but I don't heat it for cough syrup I add in the elderberry and lemon with the honey and bottle the syrup. That way I have the enzymes with honey and the lemon and Elderberry are great for the colds. Btw this method takes a lot of stirring to incorporate all the ingredients heating the honey makes a hard candy if you don't mind losing the enzymes you can also Heat the syrup and pour into the molds.

I´m very happy to know your channel and your blog. It help me every day. We follow you from Spain. We are doing Gaps diet from 1 month ago. I have an important doubt. We started to take the cold liver oil two weeks ago, but we don´t know when we have to take Omega 3. Do we have to take omega 3 at some stage of the introduction phase or when we reach full gaps?
    Thank you so much

Thank you so much! Dr. Natasha explains supplements in both her GAPS books, and people usually start the cod liver oil and fish oil from stage 3 :)

I didn't know fermented cream cheese was even a thing! Not something I've seen in UK stores.

FYI, it's pronounced "Wuster". Just "Wuster sauce".
I don't know why, but I'm English, and I promise you that's how we say it.
