I believe, the bar is representative of the highest sample in the container. 1/3 full = common, 2/3 = rare, full = super
The Tesla Towers works great on the Retrieve Essential Personnel (Defense Event) combined with turrets if the whole team are using them. You keep the outer doors open but the bugs will hardly get into the first pen. You place a couple of towers outside of the gates on each side and combine it with gattling, machine gun and rocket turrets. It is crucial though that no team mate are using eagles or other stratagems though as those will likely kill your towers and turrets.

I actually used Tesla tower last night on a hunter planet and it was going crazy throwing it onto bug breaches and stunning

I used the laser max build last night. 529 kills and 100% accuracy. I don't recommend it as a full squad loadout but if one or two people take it, it can carry pretty well

Since you asked, I've tried, to bring tesla towers. Real big problem, wouldn't ya know it is they always seem to come with a free charger! And chargers prioritize every SG even the ones that can't hurt them.
So maybe 2 of the towers I threw the entire time, managed to do good work. And I run stun grenades, so I couldn't save them for anything.
And now the impaler will happily kill all sentry guns with one hit and I've seen 3 at a time and more than once per map so, congrats Arrow Head! Ya finally managed to make sentry guns completely worthless on bugs.
I feel like they steatlh nerfed them too because there are so many times where they just watch enemies and don't fire. Real shame since the auto cannon is my favorite SG with how it sounds and looks but, nope. Can't use it anymore since everything just seems to one shot them.
Lots of talk about bug inconsistency. Personally I don't care that some chargers or bile titans take more shots. In some ways it's realistic that there are stronger and weaker ones. The issue is there is just not enough ammo
The segment with the arc thrower needs to be sent to the developers. Let them go 10 with this build.

Cookout + GP + Stun + HMG + Supply Pack + OPS + KG is my favorite (fun and good) loadout now! I just got bored of using the AC, it is too good 😅
I truely think commando armour is better than medic, especially now you can get ragdolled by the bugs. Also shield feels essential now that the bugs are faster getting slowed is death
