Sorry this happened to you. Sounds very frustrating. I’ve ordered Wild at Heart levers for three different bikes and they have all been nothing short of perfect.

When you mentioned "Two fingers Leavers" in your last video, I anxiously awaited this one. That was my target for the upgrade, cause I'm not 100 percent satisfied with the upgrade choice I have installed on my DDX. Now I owe you a huge thank you for saving my headache and money. So Thank You so much!
Too bad. Loved mine on my KTM 790 AR. I also had a great purchasing experience with them, as the levers arrived in just a few days. I had planned to put a pair on my new Desert X Rally, but will now hold off until I know they have sorted out this issue. Thanks for sharing. 👍
Hey man that sucks bad. Well, I would not recommend ASV for the DDX. Did a back and forth on the brake lever several times. But in the end, it worked out, sort of. They drilled out the bushing, so it just pivots on the aluminum now. I think the issue is, the DDX is kind of a new bastard machine and there are NOT a lot of them, and I don't see them becoming a mainstream machine, so the manufactures have no interest or don't see the profit on the DDX. By the way the ASV levers replace everything.
Yeah I orginally had an issue with the ASV ones, then they finally admitted that they weren't yet suitable for the DDX yet they still advertise and try and sell them.
Wild! They have been making the absolute best two-finger levers for the GS/GSA and 790/890 for years now. Sucks to see they dropped the ball here. That said, it won't change my opinion of the product overall, just specifically this application. Sorry for your misfortune.
They said they have fixed the issue now, but they also took 5 month to make the brake one and they still didnt test it. So unfortunately they are done for me.

Even now, im still awaiting dhl to pickup these dud items, which they organised and refuse to let me post them back at their expense. Its just an ongoing crap fight at the moment.
the story is that they were shipping two [2] clutch levers. Now Wild@Heart stamp each lever with a C or B so this mistake no longer happens. [hopefully]
Dude, I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I ordered a set for my 901 Expedition when I ordered the bike. They took a while to arrive but when they did it was all fine. Installed relatively easily (bit of a challenge getting the small parts out of the OEM levers). Mine arrived with just the levers, no other parts, as the instructions showed how to harvest the small parts from the OEM levers. Maybe the DDX ones are different. Anyway, hope you enjoy them, I absolutely love mine
Its good when they work, but yeah its supposed to have new pins and circlips as you have to drill the brake one on the ddx. And given its the wrong thread that has been tapped they dont work, so cant be used. Will definitely be going with something else thats for sure.

Upon question if they now fixed the levers, Johan said they initially had a new person at the warehouse that in the first batch had sent out two clutch levers. It should by now be all straightened out. They are great levers, so I hope it works out when I receive them on Monday. 👍🙏🏻

Not a problem, the most annoying thing is if it was sorted, they would actually be ok. But they have definitely lost my trust.

What is the OEM part number for the bolt and circlip you bought for the break lever?
@SHI-ts5cl I used one that was in the wrong kit they sent me. So dont know. Thats something you will have to ask ducati.
