After this story, I thought this was peak Hulk strong but then Immortal Hulk came along. Just wish they would make a film, animated or live action, a good and brutal adaptation of the Hulk. The Hulk vs Worlverine and Thor movie was great one of my favorites.

The hulk is theoretically unlimited in his sheer physical strength because it's proportionate to his anger. I've always found that fascinating about the hulk. His strength must be among the highest in the entire marvel universe if it takes so much to subdue him in a straight up physical fight.
I prefer this as a Scientific Explanation to Hulk's powers. The Hulk is limited in strength by his anger but your brain can only produce so much adrenaline before running out. The brain also can't just "stay angry" because the final step of Anger is Apathy. Hulk is able to counter this by using his healing factor to refill his supplies. Theoretically giving him infinite strength. However when his Healing Factor is overworked by taking repeated damage it can't keep up replenishing his Adrenaline. So to defeat the Hulk you simply just have to overwhelm his healing factor.
@@GamerGrovyle that's pretty good. His healing factor is unlimited in function in terms of being able to heal him, but it would make sense that it is limited in how fast it can keep doing it during a really violent chaotic fight.

Planet Hulk then leadig into WWH was one of my fav stories in the last 15 years. My fav tie in to WWH was when Reed and Strange were standing on top of a building. Ghost Rider appeared. After a short battle the spirit of vengeance took over, determined Hulk was on the correct path to vengeance, there were no innocents to protect and just left 😂.

This Hulk would be too much for Infinity war but they could have brought a little of this and then used the stones to teleport him away. Gives the Hulk a good showing and prevents him ending the film 5 minutes in. What we got was a lower-powered infant hulk followed by a lower-powered prof hulk.
Would personally love a rated R version of this in live action. The story of Hulk on that other planet autocorrect won’t let me type was awesome and a sequel of this kinda fight scenes would be “incredible”

watch the original "Planet Hulk" , it doesn't go past Sakaar but is fairly well told considering how much they apparently softened it. I think it's still available free on youtube (legally)
Awesome coverage but just a couple gripes. 1) the sentry's energy doesn't make hulk stronger. It makes him weaker. It calms him and reduces his strength. 2) the satellite that hit the hulk didn't overwhelm him with energy, it absorbed his powers and took them away, making him a regular human.
the satelite absorbs his gamma radiation it didnt make him a normal human just made him power down which he allowed he was tired of fighting after finding out the truth about planet sakaar blowing up
It was glossed over that Banner's psyche was completely in agreance with Hulk's. Banner explained he wasn't trying to hold the Hulk back like he normally does. Just another reason why he was so beast 👍

One of my favorites, I always loved Prof. X's handling of that, they fought a losing battle and led Hulk to their graveyard where he basically told Hulk not to come whinging to him about only one dead kid.

This Hulk was in love mind, body and soul. To the extent of Bruce and The Hulk being in total synchronization. Bruce was always in the back of the Hulks mind being his conscience. They lose the love of their life and all rational thought Bruce adds to the Hulk turns to righteous fury. Not normal anger or rage, but the pain of loss. This is why he was so strong, especially when at the end you add in betrayal.
This is the cinematic film that marvel studios need to make if they out the same effort in it like yhey did with Black Panther and End Game this could be another record breaking film I know many of marvel fans was hoping they would include this a d they should we have been craving for a Hulk movie and this story arc would be perfect well that’s my opinion on that
A She-Hulk episode shows Bruce heading out into space and the final episode of that trash fire has Bruce back attaking Abomination. If the MCU decides to do a World War Hulk movie or even a tv series, there is no way they can make a convincing Hulk that has the drive to go up against the powerhouses that are on Earth and even adding in the Eternals in some fashion, it wouldn't reach the kind of epic conclusion that the comics achieved.
People really that pissy about she hulk? It was pretty average and still fun nonetheless. The eternals are dealing with their shit tho. If they were to do a world war hulk, a lot of power houses are missing unless multiverse stuff that brings everybody into the main universe. Also world war hulk might not even be a antagonist in the mcu. No reason for him to be. They could just make that strong permanently. (Like Thor unlocking a bit of odinforce)

Btw.....if I remembered right, didn't Stark eventually pumped Jen/She-Hulk with his nanites so she couldn't hulk out for sending her cousin into space as a precautionary measure without her knowledge only to find out later in a She-Hulk fight that after escaping she went to her bf (at that time) Dr Sampson to find out that she had nanites that's suppressing her abilities to change. So she matches into Tony's office and starts to toss him around like a rag doll cause of her martial arts training when Tony finally gets his armor on tells her it's for the good of the world. That's when Jen tells Tony that she's gonna sue his ass off as Tony being his arrogant self I have an army of lawyers so bring it. That's what she literally mopped the floor with all of them and wins. This would be a good second She-Hulk movie if they had done the first one right.

There are some beings so heinous,that they revel in total destruction for their own pleasure. Meek is one of those beings. The sense of morality that Rick Jones and the Sentry tried to get through to the Hulk, were overrun by the false justice the Illuminati was enacting. No gripes, i believe bruce just got tired of fighting for the time being. Either consciously or subconsciously he wanted to chill, maybe smoke some loud pack and take a break
he's immune to everything that's not a chemical tranquilizer (they're poisonous to him). the gamma radiation and his metabolism burn through them. He's not alone there. Characters like the Flash from DC comics have the same issue. I think Black Panther has an extreme tolerance , etc
Not exactly , he began to realise his strength levels were getting too high and merely walking was going to break the World , so asked Tony to use whatever means necessary to prevent such collateral damage.
Iron Man doesn’t order the missile strike in the park. Ross does fucking up Tonys plan. He’d injected him with nanites that were supposed to counter the Hulks gamma. He used them successfully on She-Hulk after she’d found out what they did to Bruce before he showed back up. Ross firing the missiles and engulfing Hulk in fire making him remember what they did to his family and kingdom gives him the rage to overcome and defeat the nanites.
Partly true, and partly incorrect. There were meant to be nanites, yes, but it was stolen/swapped out which Tony wasn't aware of. When Tony slams the spikes into Hulk to inject the nanites, he's actually not doing anything as he didn't know the tubes has been emptied. And it was Tony who got the missiles in, not Ross. Ross entered later on with the entire local military to back him up.

This Hulk was in love mind, body and soul. To the extent of Bruce and The Hulk being in total synchronization. Bruce was always in the back of the Hulks mind being his conscience. They lose the love of their life and all rational thought Bruce adds to the Hulk turns to righteous fury. Not normal anger or rage, but the pain of loss. This is why he was so strong, especially when at the end you add in betrayal.
This is the cinematic film that marvel studios need to make if they out the same effort in it like yhey did with Black Panther and End Game this could be another record breaking film I know many of marvel fans was hoping they would include this a d they should we have been craving for a Hulk movie and this story arc would be perfect well that’s my opinion on that

A She-Hulk episode shows Bruce heading out into space and the final episode of that trash fire has Bruce back attaking Abomination. If the MCU decides to do a World War Hulk movie or even a tv series, there is no way they can make a convincing Hulk that has the drive to go up against the powerhouses that are on Earth and even adding in the Eternals in some fashion, it wouldn't reach the kind of epic conclusion that the comics achieved.

If they were to do a world war hulk, a lot of power houses are missing unless multiverse stuff that brings everybody into the main universe. Btw.....if I remembered right, didn't Stark eventually pumped Jen/She-Hulk with his nanites so she couldn't hulk out for sending her cousin into space as a precautionary measure without her knowledge only to find out later in a She-Hulk fight that after escaping she went to her bf (at that time) Dr Sampson to find out that she had nanites that's suppressing her abilities to change. So she matches into Tony's office and starts to toss him around like a rag doll cause of her martial arts training when Tony finally gets his armor on tells her it's for the good of the world. That's when Jen tells Tony that she's gonna sue his ass off as Tony being his arrogant self I have an army of lawyers so bring it. That's what she literally mopped the floor with all of them and wins. This would be a good second She-Hulk movie if they had done the first one right.

he's immune to everything that's not a chemical tranquilizer (they're poisonous to him). the gamma radiation and his metabolism burn through them. He's not alone there. Characters like the Flash from DC comics have the same issue. I think Black Panther has an extreme tolerance , etc

Iron Man doesn’t order the missile strike in the park. Ross does fucking up Tonys plan. He’d injected him with nanites that were supposed to counter the Hulks gamma. He used them successfully on She-Hulk after she’d found out what they did to Bruce before he showed back up.
Ross firing the missiles and engulfing Hulk in fire making him remember what they did to his family and kingdom gives him the rage to overcome and defeat the nanites.
Partly true, and partly incorrect. There were meant to be nanites, yes, but it was stolen/swapped out which Tony wasn't aware of. When Tony slams the spikes into Hulk to inject the nanites, he's actually not doing anything as he didn't know the tubes has been emptied. And it was Tony who got the missiles in, not Ross. Ross entered later on with the entire local military to back him up.
I'm not particularly versed with the comics but this video has convinced me that they're better than all the phase 5 crap that they are putting out
