For mirror dip you have to set the position for the dip. Check the owner's manual, but it should set by placing the car in reverse with the car off and mirror selector set to right mirror.
Yep there is a setting for that, which was tried. And even the mirror dip isn't such a great angle. I have to go back check there was something odd about how mirror dips work in Audi but can't recall now. Thanks for pointing it out.
I think it's a standard option for locking the car and closing the windows if you press&hold the lock button on remote (without releasing it) so long till the windows are closed - or if you want to leave them a little bit open just release the button on the time (car will be locked). I've had 4-5 different cars different brands and windows closing function on remote worked overall as above.
For the windows and the sunroof open/close you need to enable it for the 2 key fobs. In fact, every remote need to be enable for the opening and the closing. The car is accepting the coding but this exact keyfob is not enabled for comfort closing. Try another key fob it will work.
So I see the car has 3 keys but I only have 2 (PO never provided the 3rd key). Wonder if I should try the other key to see if the auto up function works as it's enabled within oDBEleven?
@@nopstnz Yes you have to try the other key, if it still doesn't work then the car is not accepting the OBDeleven coding and you have to try manual coding through OBDeleven or VCDS
@@tsagl So if the other key works, does that mean the current key will never work? Just curious if testing the other key fob will resolve the issue with this current key fob. Thanks!
@@nopstnz Basically, you can program separately every keyfob so it can do several things and have them enabled on one of them and don't have them in the another. (example: you can program the keyfob 1 to open all doors on the first click and have the keyfob 2 that will open the driver door only)
In case, if the second key works that means :
- the car is accepting the coding / the option.
- this specific key is programmed for this option.
- you have to figure out how to code the second keyfob to do the same thing.
For the mirror dip to work, the knob setting on the driver's door must be set to the right mirror.
Can you use Carly to put your brakes into service mode to push back the caliper. 2018 Rs7
@henry Mathews - I haven't personally used it but I would imagine u can. I know it would need to support vag platform in order to do it
If you can do it with the button on the door there’s probably something wrong with the key and how it’s linked to the car. Try your other key and see if it works. That’s what the Volkswagen dealer told me and they fixed it by pairing the key to the car again

If you wanna tilt your mirror on R gear u need to set up arrow on passanger mirror on driver door joystick

Shouldent your phone be online for internet before you change anything from the obdeleven app? You said that you should have it on airplane mode.
You only need internet if there is an update or when the so is loading up.. I say airplane mode bc you don't want a call, notification or anything interrupt during the actual coding process.
You don't need credits for thoes. You can do it all under long coding, plus a TON more for free. There are lots of lists available that will tell you what to select. I like "Audizine.com" for one.
