Almost nothing on the list/video is coming to Prime unless you have additional subscriptions to Netflix, Paramount, STARZ, etc. This video was a waste of time.
5:39 This story needs more attention. Far too many people don't know how the government ruined this mans life. He was a flawed human as are we all, but he did not do the horrible things most of America still thinks he did. He died with most of America still only knowing his name from the horrid slur job the officials in charge did to his character, and his actions that saved countless lives not only went unrecognized, but were a true case of NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED
The media ruined his life. This was an early example of what is now common place. Does it fit our narrative? Good. Run with it. Just ask the Covington kid and the Minnesota cops in jail over career criminal's untimely drug overdose.
Best Prison Glock Wallet, FriendsOfDiddy, JaLo movie ever! Actually she was probably involved in all that bandage and glock smuggling when they were filming I bet, 'Allegedly'.
When ads were introduced I didn’t see the value in paying for the ad free level and canceled my membership. This movie list doesn’t make we want to come back. 😢
Amazon already had a Movies with Commercials - but - now ALL their Prime movies will have commercials - unless - you pay them more. Since I'm already paying a not small price for Prime (primarily because of the shipping) - I'm not inclined to pay any more for watching movies to avoid the commercials. And - I did binge watch _The Expanse_ - with those commercials and hated them. I'll not be watching anything more like that. The thing Amazon is still good for - is having movies you can rent. If you rent or buy a movie - there are no commercials. .
Excellent FLICK CONNECTION Darren. I particularly love Ong Bak. Fantastic martial arts sequences. Always appreciate your views on films, series, etc. 👍💎👍💎👍
Indeed... Richard Jewell was a great movie - my heart was broken for his mom at one point. Mimic is also a great scary film of you havent checked it out.
Wasn't interested in Richard Jewell at the time but having seen Black Bird TV series, that guy is an incredible actor so I'll def watch him in his earlier performance. Chinatown is an absolute classic. Ong Bak I'd totally forgotten. Incredible film. I think Jennifer Lopez is/was much more interested in being a star than being an incredible actress (plus, Soderbergh brings out the best in talent whether that talent is common or elite. so her performance is also due to a well written-well directed film. She hasn't been in a lot where both of those occured). Original Total Recall, I can't be bothered. I love Verhoeven but not an Arnold fan (Terminator films excepted) and the remake was more palatable but still not actually good. Snatch. Good. Fun. Ritchie's latest series (The Gentlemen, based on his 2019 film) is also entertaining and includes nearly all the Ritchie film elements, dialed down, smoothed, and streamlined, but still worth watching (I actually didn't see the 2019 film, so it might just be not worth seeing if you've seen that).
I am pleased you use the term "Rewatchable" as a measure of a film. For me, rewatchability is a must. And some films I enjoy are either ruined during rewatching, or shrunk/erodes. And conversely, some come alive, achieving Most See status based on it's rewatchability.
Waynes World is such a good movie and for the longest time you would only see part 2 on streaming services so for them to make part 1 available is just great!!!
WRT "Out of Sight," I remember seeing it in the theatre when it first came out and I had no idea the J-Lo had any sort of music career prior: I just thought she was the new starlet on the scene & expected to see much more of her acting going forward since she had given such an excellent performance. I guess there's simply more $ to be made making even barely listenable music than there is in film?
I guess it means that " I need a semblance of a life" when Flick recommends movies 🍿 over time,I've seen them, except for American romantic comedies which make me 🤢. I know ya didn't ask, but, yea that never stops me, unfortunately. ✌️
Nice list of DVDs I need to pick up. Amazon has ruined movies by seeding them with commercials. I keep my prime subscription only for the 2day delivery.
Disturbia was a great flick, I watched it a few times. Paul Walter Houser has been great in all his movies/series. I really liked him in Blackbird & Kingdom which are both series.
Red Eye was the first movie I saw Cillian Murphy in (with the possible exception of 28 Days Later, I don't recall) but I loved it. Super geeked for Fallout.
I am a believing Catholic Christian and I love the "Last Temptation of Christ (TLTOC)." For believers, it is important not to confuse creative imagining (TLTOC) with revealed Scriptural truth. The Last Temptation of Christ is imaginative fiction, but honors the divine origin, mission, and signs of Our Savior.

Great movie
Clint outdid himself with this one has to be said as Jon Hamm played a right ole (censored) similar to his role in The Town!
The media ruined his life. This was an early example of what is now common place. Does it fit our narrative? Good. Run with it. Just ask the Covington kid and the Minnesota cops in jail over career criminal's untimely drug overdose.
Weird ‘errors’ like this occur when Establishment, Inc. wants to distract people from the truth.
Thanks for always making a separate list of what is available in Canada! Always appreciate your ratings
When you say “with the right mindset”, you really mean stoned….dont you? 😎
Pretty stacked list this month. "Ong Bak" is in my top three martial arts movies! Plus "Snatch" is so good!
Out of Sight is an underrated classic. Soundtrack is bomb as well.
Best Prison Glock Wallet, FriendsOfDiddy, JaLo movie ever! Actually she was probably involved in all that bandage and glock smuggling when they were filming I bet, 'Allegedly'.

Red Eye is not mediocre in any way. One of my fave tension movies. No matter when or where I am, if I see it playing, I will watch it again. Love it!
Chinatown is very rewatchable too
Love most of your picks thanks for sharing your opinions 😊
Red Eye is an underrated movie in my opinion.
Heist (if it's the David Mamet, Gene Hackman film)
And the Station Agent are both good watches
Look forward to all your videos and recommendations. Keep up the great work!
The Inside Job is the documentary that The Big Short took from. It's incredible, thorough, and not comedic. Also on Prime.
will never forget that line in Nebraska.. " beer aint drinkin' ...." classic...
Is that the front of the shirt or the back? My Fincher one has the tag where all the movie names would be the back. Don't want to wear it wrong!
Ha! I changed them up. You got an early release with it on the back. I'm not selling them that way anymore so you got a limited edition.
I have never forgiven Bruce Dern for shooting John Wayne in the back in "The Cowboys"
Bruce never forgave himself, according to interviews with him.
@@jeffreyp1855 Good. I can't watch any movie with him because of that.

I'm sorry but you saying Guy Ritchie's Snatch made me laugh out loud.
damn, you beat me to it! i did a legit "spit-take", missed my keyboard by an inch.
thank you for your work, what else am i going to do this month but watch this stuff?
I never get enough of anything with Jake, especially his muscles.

Excited to see The Station Agent has been added. Such a sleeper movie with Peter Dinklage and Bobby Cannavale.
Thanks Darren !!
Snatch is one of the funniest movies I have ever seen and extremely rewatchable.
So did a gob of commercials. I guess Bezos needs another boat.
Batman and Robin “Right mindset”, you mean high? Right on…
"Lords of Dogtown" is a good movie but the original documentary is amazing: Dogtown and Z-Boys. Much better than the dramatic retelling.

Super badass show. Well written and looks amazing. So glad it was closer to an R rating.
We have a family account with Prime, but unless I’m logged in as my husband, it hits me with ads. So thanks, but no thanks.
Disturbia was a great flick, I watched it a few times. Paul Walter Houser has been great in all his movies/series. I really liked him in Blackbird & Kingdom which are both series.
Tom Brokaw, in effect, destroyed Richard Jewell and has never had to face any consequences. Brokaw was monstrous to that man.
I hate the horror genre, but I did like "Mimic".
Red Eye was the first movie I saw Cillian Murphy in (with the possible exception of 28 Days Later, I don't recall) but I loved it.
Super geeked for Fallout.
Your opinion on "Assault On Wall Street"? Watched it several times. Really relevant for the financial collapse.
Thanks you saved my ass again man I was scrolling for like a half an hour. Gonna watch Richard Jewell and then probably Jarhead or Lone Survivor.
