"Biggest Part of Me" vocal arrangement

- This 1980 song by Ambrosia -- which has one of my favorite melodies ever -- was featured on Jimmy Fallon's "Yacht Rock 2K11." I intended to do an a cappella (voice only) arrangement, but in the end I thought it sounded better with a few MIDI instruments mixed in.

Very impressive! I hope you will remain inspired and keep having fun for many more videos and I thank you for upping my mood several notches :-)
I bought the Ambrosia version, because I loved this song, and it started playing at my work. It reminded me of this video. I came back here to this video, because it didn't sound as good as I remembered it.
Eddie, I think you topped the original!
You NEED TO APPLY TO America's Got Talent!
Nice work!
Great surprise in my inbox. Thank you. Impressive stuff Ed.
Your vocal tone is spot on to Ambrosia's! You should be singing for a yacht rock band, making thousands of dollars a show. You are THAT GOOD!
Wow, that was completely awesome. Nicely done sir.
You are so freaking talented man. I love this new channel
Las cagóooooo socio.....genial amigo ...gran canción y gran interpretación....VERY GOOD.....

I've seen Edward;s vidio, and herd Ambrosia, but I've just played them both at once, WOW! Is all I can say!
My daughter and I love your singing.
Fantastic performance! Ambrosia's version was actually my wedding song.
Simply Awesome!
Loved it Eddie, thank you.
Wow, great stuff, Edward. Multi-talented for sure!
Greatest!
That was great! I enjoyed it, and I'm even into that kind of music.
Awesome work Eddie! This song (as sang by Ambrosia) was actually my wedding song. :-)
Beautiful !!!
The man has definitely got some talent, no doubts there.
This is gold! Who knew you were so talented?
Well done, all of you.
Thanks for reminding me about Ambrosia. I've bought a greatest hits album. Now we just need an Edward Current album.

Watch this at least 10 times now, but wow, great toilet roll usage!
Brilliant!!
Damn that was smooth. Keep it up Eddie.
The four Eddies in the upper right hand corner kinda tripped me out, but this was really, really cool.
No matter when you pause it, there's a funny face.
Yes, it's beautiful :)
Amazing!
Holy cow! You've got a great voice.
Thanks guys! Answering a few Q's - the center-bottom eddie creeps me out too. That was in fact the take on the recording (apparently). I re-synced it but it does still seem a bit off for some reason. I generally go without headphones these days. I sang this one mostly to the organ sound, but the spill doesn't seem to be a problem even on my louder songs. It may add a bit of "live" vibe. Copyright - I'd change the title, but that seems dishonest on my part. If Warner removes it, so be it.
Lotta skin in this video, sure hope it isn’t flagged, cause it’s Awesome!
that was really cool, man!
que bien suena! Felicidades!
Wow.. I missed this when it was posted somehow, but this is awesome! I've been wanting to record a strictly vocal mix, but now I won't cuz it won't sound this good. :P lol
Awesome.
You should do some Oingo Boingo covers. You have a certain Danny Elfman quality to your voice. Keep up the awesomeness!
Reminds me of 10cc. Thanks Eddie !
Loving these :D
Bloody hell this is good!
Wow. Thanks for this recording. I wonder how long it took you to get it this perfect. I haven't got that kind of patience.
You are very talented.
Man, you're fucking gifted, as both a comedian and a musician. Please keep that shit up.
This is so awesome :D
Good job!
awesome
The four Eddies in the top right seem to synchronize several little motions such as blinks and slight shifts in weight. It's interesting to watch!
Awesome video... I'm subscribing.
Really cool I was hoping the acapella in the beginning though
Practical use of cloning, well done!
3:15 Simultaneous clap in 5 different takes. Thats feeling it. :)
Wow, nice falsetto!
You should try "Nights on Broadway" by the Bee-Gees... I'd like to hear that!
Cheers!
Hey Ed, You are good enough to sacrifice 20% quality so we can get content faster. lol Just tough having to watch mediocre channels waiting for my favorites to produce...I kid keep em coming. thanks
Nice!
your voice could only be a gift from God.
Eddie Currant, a man of many talents!
Fine!
Very nice!....im an old school punker.....but i like your stuff!..........good thing you didnt have to play the drums again!...ha ha....keep it up mayne!
That so rocked... I'll bet you could seriously cover some Hall & Oats classics or even some Steely Dan or Doobies awesomeness (if you can figure out his crazy chord progressions).
Cheers.
I love you Eddie. I'm not afraid to say it.
Epic Win.
The beat box ec is doing a magic trick.

Is this bass line really vocal? If so, you're really great!
wow this is really good..is then anyway you could post the vid/vocals of just bottom middle eddie? I think that would make for an amazing video.
Holy Freaking Shit, Edward!! Is there anything you can't do? I already admired you for your religious goodies, now I'm thinking maybe you're going to be my god! 8-)
You da MAN eddie !! I don't care WHAT god says about you... ;)
