In this clip, Snow opened up about the meaning behind his hit song "Informer," which he says is about his two attempted murder charges. From there, Snow spoke about buying his mom a house and his father a business after the success of the song. Damn yo just hearing the name Snow got me feeling nostalgic. I can remember hearing Informer on the radio as a kid and obviously picturing the singer as a black man and than seeing the video on The Box and Yo! MTV Raps and being shocked😂. Definitely a dope song and a dope time to be alive. This got me wanting to bang some Pete Rock and CL Smooth, or some Gang Starr, or some Eric B and Rakim, Digable Planets, Fu Schnikens, Arrested Development etc. Damn yo those were the f*cking days when rappers didn’t only talk about jewelry, expensive cars, and about being a complete drug addict. Im happy to be here at 42 years old and I’m glad to remember how things were before smartphones and social media brainwashed everyone.

Dude, the song is very obscure. It definitely wasn't a top ten billboard hit of the 90s. We only remember it because the style he used was so different and uncommon for white boy rappers back then. Generally speaking, it's not a song I typically reminisce about or remember hence why I used the word obscure.

He was acquitted on the 2 attempted murder charges. The 8 months was for an assault charge. He plead guilty to a reduced sentence and the judge gave him credit for time already served.
