1:08 is the best for me. That chord change and the next few after it sound like heaven. Jake was incredible as bass as well as Joey's tenor. It seems they did a bit worse than this recording in the internationals last year but I'm sure they'll blow everyone away next year. Love!❤
literally jst discovered yall for the "supercalifragilistic-" video and then saw this and was like DAMN THIS IS SO COINCIDENTAL 😭😭 im doing this song for choir now im super hyped
That was beyond beautiful! I've performed the Frank Tichelli arrangement for band in high school, so hearing this again... It brought back some really great memories. You four are definitely my favorite barbershop group, even if I found you on a whim :)
Oh how I would love to put a pair of RODE NT3 0.75 inch condenser microphones in front of them in 'simplified binaural' pattern for optimal listening on headphones. (Diaphragm separation 8.5 cm i.e. not as wide as full ORTF (17cm) but wider than X/Y (0 cm)).
It must feel weird having tenor be so much louder than usual due to the acoustics. When he doesn't have the melody, I see him having to fight to keep from being too loud.
Beautiful singing! Note to whomever recorded this: by holding your phone vertically, you reduced the visual size of the quartet to 1/9 of what it would have been. You wouldn’t hold a video camera sideways to shoot “vertical video”, so why do it with your phone?
Joey sounds so wonderful in this one. There will always be an NF4-shaped hole in my heart...
My only complaint is they filmed vertically
How else are they going to catch all of that reverb? /S
Kyle Silver, it’s vertical, not verbical. 😉
These men own these suits. Great job guys
Gosh Joey is so cool
the reverb!! in the room!!! literal angels!!
I know you guys are 'just' a barbershop quartet, but that was really some excellent choral singing.
that's one of the most backhanded compliments I've ever heard, wtf
Absolutely beautiful! My high school concert band did a jazz arrangement of this, but I've always loved the original (and now the barbershop version!)
If this is contestable, I think it would get them really good scores, at least as a contrast to their comedy songs.
This should be on the next CD
Newfangled Four you just get better and better with every video you put out, you guys are truly good! Keep up the good work!

Jambalaya indeed
Delicious ear-pleasing rendition boys!
A glorious acoustic and glorious blended harmonies, who could ask for more? I don't think I've heard you guys sound better.
these chords are beautiful, i love the perfectness of the tuning. Those third are almost a perfect 14 cents flat

All barbershop should be recorded in a church hall.
Excellent...bring it back boys....BRING IT BACK!
Nice job Joey! Love the tenor feature.
Makes me smile, love it guys

Love u guys 💞
Be cool if you guys did a barbershop / harmony version of Kol Nidre.
Great singing.
Anyone know whose arrangement it is. It's gorgeous 😍
John Saylor it’s in the description lol
@@williambotieff2728 I swear that wasn't there earlier. I looked specifically for it.

Amazing
Holy moly this does not suck
Sing this at your next competition
THE ONE YEAR I DIDN'T GO
So gorgeous.

They wouldn’t need to fight because the lead and bari are good and understand the T2/B1 lines
This is good.
Where are them now
Wow
Uploading it so I don't have to, I see how it is. =P
Found ya 😂
Also the Fugue in G minor is a good one to do.
3:31
This was in Fallout 76, wasn’t it?

The acoustics in this church really helped, not that these guys aren't fantastic on their own.
Not even really that funny tbh
