As a Black person born in the U.K. with parents who came here in the 90’s it’s sad to see these comments. My mum and dad have worked in the NHS for over 20 years . Got along with all our neighbors . Don’t take benefits. Pay our dues . I have a lot of British friends . I love the U.K. . But people are saying we should be deported??? I understand deporting illegals and criminals but it’s unfair to put all people in one category. My brothers have never been in gangs or carried knives . They all went to university and work. I am a regular visitor to Poland. It is like a breath of fresh air compared to overcrowded England. Illegal entrants into the country (without documentation) are arrested, detained and then deported. The Poles do not put people up in hotels.

As a non-European, it's sad to see the situation there. Even though I never applied for a Visa, I know many who wanted to migrate there legally. The requirements are ridiculously tough, but make sense. You have to be fluent in English, you shouldn't be financially broken (need to have a certain minimum amount in the bank ) etc. Then you have to attend interviews conducted in the consulate. It's a lengthy process and there is no guarantee that you may get a Visa. Then there are the illegal migrants. You have to cross the border somehow and then everything is a piece of cake. Free food, shelter, jobs etc. This is an insult to the citizens as well as legal migrants at the same time.
It’s sad to say this but British people don’t even see or care about the difference between legal or illegal migrants anyway. They view us all exactly the same because of the colour of our skin. It really doesn’t make much sense as well considering that the richest and most educated ethnic groups in the UK are non-white
I live in a beautiful rural part of West Yorkshire. It's 96% white. Recently, a Pakistani moved in the quiet area, and caused noise pollution, smoke recreational drugs, littered and most recently threatened to beat up a senior citizen and race-bait them by calling the police and accusing HIM of being racist. I filmed the whole fabricated event, and sent it to housing who housed him here. Housing turned up at my door with the police and threatened ME with prison for inciting a hate crime!!! No word of a lie.

I am an 🇮🇳 citizen & recently i was on tour in England & Scotland for 10 odd days. I was shocked to find most of Manchester & London filled with Burqa clad women & bearded muslims even sheiks. Most of the tour bus operators in London were Arabic speaking muslims and the so called “Indian” restaurants were all Bangladeshi owned & operated. Manchester & London literally didn’t feel like England. Suffice to say I will never visit those places again

I’m a child of immigrants. British born Asian. It really makes me upset when people make these kind of comments. I have always felt British because I was born here. I even write better English than English some people. Many children of immigrants are massive contributors to British society in many ways, healthcare, business, teaching, writers, artists, musicians, comedy, food, restaurants etc. It makes me so upset that people are making these kind of comments. Just because our skin color isn’t ‘white’, and our genetics are not ‘Anglo Saxon’, it doesn’t mean we are completely different from you. If all of us disappeared from this country, the UK would be a pretty boring place to live. We bring color, culture, different perspectives , festivals and hard workers to the country. Immigrants are hard workers and their children become great additions to British society. I don’t understand why people would want to live in a country where everyone was a homogeneous race. Sounds pretty boring to me.

In 2012 it was reported that 10% of all crimes in the UK were being committed by east europeans.
