Killer Features...but there's a problem - Turtle Beach VelocityOne Race Review

- The Turtle Beach VelocityOne Race is a decent upgrade for sim racers without a direct drive wheelbase, but it falls short in terms of performance and quality compared to its direct competition, despite its compelling feature set.
However, If you're looking for a comparatively cheap direct drive wheel and pedal bundle for Xbox and/or PC, the VelocityOne Race is a decent option that offers a wide range of features at a reasonable price point.

This is a great analysis, thank you! I was on the fence about waiting for this wheel to come out but may hold off now. I just subscribed as well.
Thank you for the kind feedback, and welcome to the channel!
Would Fanatec CSL DD Ready2Race bundle be better than this? I drive mostly Assetto Corsa on Xbox currently, using a controller. Goal is eventually have a PC capable of running AC and ACC. I'm looking for a wheel that has good fidelity in FFB effects and little input latency, to chase personal best times.
Personally, I prefer the Fanatec CSL DD Ready2Race McLaren bundle at this price point, but it is slightly more expensive, you don’t get as many features and the pedals aren’t as good. But, if fidelity is your primary concern, it’s probably worth the extra outlay. Hope you enjoyed the video!
I have one. They are Trash. The force feedback feels so great, until the drive shaft starts breaking loose. then it's total trash can material. For me the was at 60 hours of use. Also from the factory the padel shifters stick on both sides. So you have to dri automatic. DO NOT LET ANYONE TELL YOU THESE ARE WORTH BUYING!!
Awful wheel. Too many issues to count, returned it after 4 days. Its quite literally cheaper to get a fanatec system and upgrade it over time if you want to get serious.... there is no ecosystem either TB
