A friend of mine works at Ubisoft and after their internal review was launched he said they've sacked about 20k people, completely scrapped 75 prototype games and relaxed the NDA contracts to allow Devs to talk about games they're working on that are publicly known to exist.

Just to confirm something. Is that when I the consumer purchases it I do not own it? Or once I purchase the game: the company no longer owns it?

I reckon 9/11 might get lightly referenced but I can’t see them actually creating a mission around it. It’s still too raw for a lot of people who were affected and lost loved ones and COD isn’t the kind of franchise that is able to touch on sensitive topics with any kind of decorum. Plus, I’d rather they didn’t fuel all the keyboard warrior conspiracy theorists out there by making it centred around an “inside job”.

OK, While I appreciate what they did for us there are a few things I wish were addressed: - Loot is apparently extremely rare this expansion. I think I may just find that frustrating. - I wish our pet could have a satchel to be able to help us hold more items or maybe salvage or sell for us sometimes. - Why have Three different locations for important things: Pits (glyphs), NMD (master working mats), and hordes (better rate at GA's). Why can't master working mats fall in pits as well? It's terrible when you have to focus on multiple things at once because they are all important. * I can't think of the rest right now. On the other hand, I do look forward to playing the spiritborn. I have been waiting on this kind of variety. I just hope everything else falls into place. I stopped playing WoW after 20 years because they destroyed a class I loved and I don't want this happening to D4.

I beg you guys, gives the new efootball a try! The gameplay is much more realistic, you know, like football supposed to ACTUALLY PLAYED. EA FC....It pains me that they released trash every year and still get away with it. How can you guys, as football fan, see these gameplays, skating-run player animation or robotic teammate movement that existed without improvement for YEARS and say with straight face that "HELL YEAH, THIS IS REAL FOOTBALL!!"? There is better football game out there mates. Don't believe me, give another game a try and judge it for yourself. eFootball is free anyway. Nothing to lose.

the big issue is that so many games try to be gigantic without putting the work to make a giant game really good... ubisoft should try to go for more stroy driven straight forward games that are smaller in sice but have more detail in the small parts...and also isnt a crashing 95% not working hella bud fiesta...

Hack and slash games are litterally the least innovative, most unattented, filler content usually to pad out a game, because theyre too boring to be their own thing, and wukong is the best thing we got recently. Not to mention it's a blatant China game. Socio-political issues in the world contribute to these issues and gaming, as a specific class of people and a specific race of people who don't like to be called out or commented on exclusively make games.

If you want to make a good game, stop spending 60% of the budget on the way it looks. 80% of the game should be gameplay, not cutscenes or exposition, or journal entries I pick up throughout the world. It's not an interactive experience it's not a movie, it's not a tie-in, and it's not a way to sell a product - and if you do all of these things you made a good game.
