its nice discussion but most respectfully sir i want to say that you should have to be serve your creativity and skills in the development of your department you should creat some creative and better literature for the successive amendments in the police deparment because firstly you are the govt servant and this should be your first perority to serve your God giffted energies in the very nearer which is your own deparment
