You were right Paul saying that was an opticians on royston road because it was where i got my Gregory's from , along from that a wee bit was Mellys newsagent next door was fishmonger and think there used to be CBs ( City Bakeries) dont know if anyone remembers the grocery van that sat all day on Dunolly st Pat's van haha think his name was Pat Munroe , i lived in Sandmill st . Took me back a bit. Worked up there 20 yrs ago building student accommodation on dobies lone. Remembered going into the scheme to shops . It was where they filmed Still Game shops. Had some great times up there. Was sick coming home to geordie land. Good vid .
Spent 8 years up there Paul up the Roystonhill High flats that were pulled down a few year's ago , they used to say if you can survive Roystonhill ull survive anywhere , Rosemount St is where I lived lol
