Good for her, she is always looking down on others. She don't try to get to know the people , she insults them and degrade them, then she will say I didn't know who you were. You have to treat all the same. Loyalty is the best medicine when you first get in contact with someone you don't know. Instead of having to say sorry for my actions.

Sadly this really happens. I was a HR manager as well as office manager many years ago. I had a lady that that told me her child had pnuemonia. I was very worried for her child and told her not to worry, just take care of her child. I can't remember but I think on day 5 her exhusband called to speak with her. I told him she was with their sick child. He told me that he has had his child going on 2 weeks because she went out of town with a man. I was beyond mad because I was covering her shift which took time away from my child. I honestly did not have a problem firing her. There are some people that truly deserved being shown to the door.

If she would’ve said that she wanted time off without explanation because you don’t have to give one, would she have gotten the time off. People feel they need to lie to get time off and they don’t. It’s illegal for employers to ask why. If I need time off, I don’t have to explain why.

I’m a wheelchair user, and I refer to myself as disabled.
Being “a person with special needs”, is new to me in regard of physical disabilities. Here in the UK having special needs is more often used for people who have learning difficulties.
But regardless, it I think it is a good thing that you are showing us a human beings.
I personally do not mind which people use to describe us, as long as they do not mean us any harm.

I was working at US Food service as a back hauler, and one day a disabled customer had a big order he was trying to get help putting it in he's Van. No one was even acknowledging he wasn't able to load it up. As he was asking for help to get it done, I was a driver! And was limited on the time I had as it was. Knowing it may have made me late I wasn't going to just leave it on him. It was in Hurricane,WV . It's been awhile back 2013 i believe! I stopped working for them, because of the rude way's the management was operating the business. I had a dispatcher who missed up on a run I was giving, and he called me on the phone. He said we're the hell are you! He had me scheduled for a load and I wasn't even empty for it.... That was strike Three for two other times I was told I was going to be watched, because they messed up on things. It's just some people are simply not good people.

Not only is this an inhumane practice that she is practicing but it's also against the law to discriminate against individuals with disabilities.

She’s always mean, she needs to get a part in these skit that shows a better character. When I see her I want to skip it but I know they will dismiss her.

Years ago I worked with kids at an EASTER SEALS center in Atlanta, Ga. USA.
One day I sellected a simple project for him thinking it was easier for him to do and praised how quickly he had completed it. The child said,
'What's so special about doing that, I'm 11, and any 5 year could have done it. People think if you have a special need, that you are dumb or slow or something."?!
After that I asked Him to pick out what & where area He wanted to work.😅
