Oh Yaa, Yes that attitude is happening everywhere. I work with someone at work that can be a charming great ( I am your best friend) attitude. But behind you he will blame you and throw you under the bus to save his ass for anything. By the time he left last year on the last day he tried to hug me goodby and told him don't try. A new hired say that was rude. I said do you know him, said No. And I said I work with that guy for over 20 years and we are totally NOT friends.
