Fresh from college and military active duty, I ran into a supervisor that did nothing more than steal ideas and claim as her own. It all blew up in her face. I was using leadership and management tactics she did not know and could not explain. An outside observer monitored our activities and saw the same thing. She was relocated to another department and discovered me to be her supervisor in using my greater skillset.
He could’ve fired Queen or even had her arrested but he was patient and kind despite her horrible behavior. I think if more bosses took this approach, a lot of customer service reps would lose their jobs.
She deserved only one thing: to be dismissed. Even as secretary her attitude is not up to par. In my opinion demoting her was not enough. Thank you to the team.
That is because Queen's attitude was just wrong. If a person has skill, talent, even knowledge of subject matter but a poor personality, any employer will prefer to "break in" a person who has nil to no job experience and train that one, because that person has an awesome attitude that exudes a pleasant atmosphere in the workplace.👌

I hope that rude secretary learned her lesson. As horribly as she treated him, being rude and the way she threw the coffee at him, she is very much lucky that all she got was a demotion! How was he supposed to know how she likes her coffee made? OMG! As if!! It only proves how much other people look down on others just because of their status or whatever....
Its well done .. but there is a correction here in terms of real life situation. Usually those who try to manipulate and be nice to the boss to get the position are also nice to the assistant, so that the assistant doesnt complain to the boss.
We should never judge anyone based on what they look like or what Job they have.What Queen did in this was not nice throwing Coffee in the Errand man's face and she got a shock at the end when she found out he was actually the boss.

I know a handful of people who behave like queen, probably it's their culture to feel bossy and rude to subordinates, even in the banks you see and hear how managers treat bank tellers and marketers
