A ‘bigger & better’ El Mocambo to reopen in spring

The iconic El Mocambo is scheduled to reopen in the spring. Lindsay Dunn with the changes coming to the revitalized music venue - plus, the legendary band the owners hope will play the grand reopening.

Unless this venue shows more openness to Hip Hop artists this will just close down again eventually. It's not 1997 anymore. Hip Hop is the best selling genre now.
