    Hey guys,
Lately I have been reading a lot of perspective and understood that we all have different perspective of seeing things. One same situation can be perceived differently by each one of us, and that when a shift of perspective can do wonders in our life!
If you have any problem in life, all you need is a shift in perspective, and a different set of eyes to see that problem. If we think differently (outside the box), and behave differently than we can learn so much from a difficult situation. Many books have mentioned numerous times that "problems" or "challenges" in life, are nothing but a pathway to growth, as no one learn lessons of life walking on a easy path. So, if you have any problem, see it as a challenge that you have to overcome without any emotional drama, but with care and a matured attitude.
I am not sure, if I have done justice of explaining all above in this video, but I am sure, you will certainly gain something from it.
Hope you enjoy watching this video and many more to come on Mom N Me.
    Love,
    Diya

Hello, i never comment on any of the videos i watch, but this one made me express my thanku... am sailing in the same boat , graduated, worked and settled as a house wife.... always have a guilty feeling of not utilising our degree... but slowly realising our importance in our family... no one can replace our place as homemakers...looking into other mom comments... slightly relaxed that am not only the one with this guilt 😊... thanks for making a wonderful video...😊

A wise decision always has lot of sacrifices and farsightedness. I am an Engineering graduate who worked even post marriage. Once my child was born I quit working with deliberate consideration. This not only boosted the guilt free attitude but also a sense of satisfaction and achievement. There is no regret now, as I justified my education by working when I could freely work, and took a back seat when family needed me more than anything. Now I am the backbone ( not boasting) of my household and I am very happy, satisfied, content and proud of my life. You are on the same boat... kudos 👏 💐 🥳 🎊

Exactly true, I too find peace being a homemaker. I was working before marriage. Now I have twin boys. I want to use my degree to guide them. But this society sometimes makes us feel low by criticizing why we should get two degrees and what about our passion, independency etc etc..

Hi Diya , Loved your this new change in content .. your words were so relatable, specially when you have taken a decision of putting your home life before your career.. And this decision actually keeps troubling you every now and then specially when you have invested so many years to your studies.. so seeing someone talking about this or reinforcing my belief that " its more of surrendering than controlling.. i just believe this so strongly.. so I am echoing your thoughts here..I hope you be making such videos in future again.. and yeah loved what you said in the video today .. positive self talk 😍

Hi Diya, I am a 3/4 th qualified CA and I too took the same decision of not going out for a job. Once I verified deeply my desire and what i expect from a job thru my self talk, it never bothered and troubled me again, so much so that i even ignored to finish the last group of CA final, though I never imagined myself to be a stay at home mom.
I suggest you to read the book" stillness speaks" by Echart Tolle. Very deep and makes us more introspective
BTW, very matured content and excellent delivery

I really dont want to give to negative vibes but do you really dont work if youtube didnot happen to you? I am working women and i do like you but sometimes i feel that you promote homemaking . Sometimes circumstances make one work and some times our own ambitions makes us work. Like your partner and your circumstances may be in favour of you to manage home while your partner works but this is really not the case with many. I am sorry if i have hurt you even a bit, but this was in my mind since very long so wrote you.
