Yep I did it before but I got into the negative mindset again due to my lack of sleep work schedule is midnight so it’s hard sometimes but if I mediate and practice again I know I can get that positive state of mine back what do you think ?

Thank you for this, I’m pretty sure I had a spiritual awakening today, I started to get rid of all the negative thoughts in my mind and forget everything from the past and filled my mind with positive thoughts about the future. I don’t think I’ve ever had a mindset so clear it’s like I’m finally free from being trapped inside my head and I can see my goals so clearly

INCREDIBLE. This could not have come at a better time, and could not have spoken more specifically to what I needed to hear, feel and think about right now. I started listening to it in my car this morning, and I am on my third take of listening to it again at my desk. I think that by the end of the day, I will have "memorized" every single word of it, I will have embodied it. I just realized something as I wrote the word memorize...that in French the translation of memorize is "apprendre par cœur", which means to "learn BY HEART". The mind and the heart must both be accessed and engaged for true learning and true change to occur. I absolutely love this video. Thank you, thank you, thank you. So much gratitude.

In theory this sounds wonderful but it’s easier said than done. I try everyday to move forward since losing my best furry friend my dog a month ago but I am not getting better because I miss him so very much. He was so engrained in every part of my life. There’s nothing that I do that doesn’t remind me of him. I just exist now.
