I am enjoying much peace by staying out social media things. I realized that those things played with human minds and some weak minds get into the traps set by them and eventually having severe mental issues in their lives. I feel i am living my life in real now.
I agree!!! I’ve been limiting my self to Instagram maybe once or twice a day. I delete the app, and only check it for messages. Life is way better. Less anxiety less stress less worry about the next person and more on self

Writing this comment after 5 hours of mindfullness practice and i hv noticed that i felt more peacefull, confident than ever. What happens in real is i started to see things without thinking abt them. And after tht i see myself tht the moment i had before a minute was not in mind.
