This video beautifully shares eight transformative Buddhist principles that guide us to inner peace and resilience. A must-watch for anyone seeking clarity and strength in life’s challenges! 🌿 11:12
🛑 Chapters: 0:00 - Introduction: Finding Peace in Chaos 2:00 - Principle 1: Do Not Hate Those Who Hate You 4:30 - Principle 2: Practice Humility 7:00 - Principle 3: Don’t Allow Others to Control Your Life 10:15 - Principle 4: Listen Twice as Much as You Speak 13:20 - Principle 5: Accept the Worst in Life 16:00 - Principle 6: Be Aware of the Dangers of Fortune 18:45 - Principle 7: See Failure as a Stepping Stone 21:15 - Principle 8: Always Remember That Death is Waiting 24:00 - Conclusion: Living with Purpose
"Not hating those who hate you: Compassion as strength" The Buddhist principle of not hating those who hate us is not naive but deeply transformative. It empowers us to rise above negativity, breaking the cycle of suffering. True strength lies in compassion, which fosters peace and heals both ourselves and others.
Acting might seem superficial but it is full of power. Which is why some eastern masters I respect say pretend you are a saint and act as they do. The moksha gita says the same thing. People become what they portray if they do it often enough, probably because we are all acting anyways, Realize you are not the body, not the subtle body either, not even the consciousness, all these will float away at death.. at nothing will bother you no thing.
That's why it's important to practice. Pointing in that direction & taking steps counter to your existing habit & instinct isn't going to be instant. You don't run a marathon by rolling up on the day with no preparation.
To the comment what lessons do we need to learn from lazy monks it a pity that the person who wrote that is a complete idiot .or not in this world anymore .
If you are acting, it means that you are just an actor, pretending to be someone you are not. Bad advice. Pretend that nothing bothers you when your girlfriend takes a club, and bashes you for cheating on her. Bwahahaha!

Easy to say, difficult to practice
That's why it's important to practice. Pointing in that direction & taking steps counter to your existing habit & instinct isn't going to be instant. You don't run a marathon by rolling up on the day with no preparation.
At least there’s a solution. It only takes practices. Choose a perspective which gives you positive energy.
If nothing bothers a person could that be that they can't find their soul?
I don't think so.
