As far as mental health goes, just wanna add to anyone who's ever been a victim of hate / violence because of their appearance, gender, orientation, race : DO NOT ever let a hateful notion 'there's something wrong with me' sink in. Trust me, it's a recipe for self hatred and compulsive anxieties later on. When we suffer and we need a break, it's only natural to think: maybe if I wasn't 'different', if I was 'normal' I would be accepted. No, haters will always find something else to prey upon. I've always had androgynous look, which was a real fuel for bullies when I was growing up. I embraced it, used it to my advantage in my acting / modeling career, I was almost the face of Leon in these new Resident Evil games :)

I recently tried it in a sample I received from Sephora and I am the exact same way about makeup where I don't want to have to harshly rub my eyes in order to get makeup off. The ILIA one is so amazing omg, its all clean products and its made to come off easily with warm water. After trying this one I am never going back to my old ones!

I especially like the stretching I think it can be super relaxing 4) I notice you have your coffee in a jar and straw so I purchased a fancy jar to drink my coffee out of with a straw to be like you. Not even kidding that’s how cool you are

Away from politics. My mental health is getting worse and worse bcz of what's happening in Gaza,whenever I eat,sleep, or drink I remember those children 💔 I falling into a huge depression 💔 May God help them and protect them cuz I'm done with those videos and pics...may God save them 💔

I was the exact same last year around this time. A huge earthquake happened in Turkiye last year yesterday which affected 11 cities in Turkiye in the same time Government wasn't able to send enough help until the 2nd day which is horrible and since they closed the schools I was out there seeing the earthquake wherever i go. İf i would open the TV it would be the earthquake the social media the exact same. What I would reccommend is avoid social media and content about the war as much as possible send money and boycott if you want to but avoid content about it. Basically stay away from social media and try to meditate pray if you are religious and yoga could help as well! I hope you'll feel better later on im happy if i could help!

Those letter bracelets are not new they've been around a long time I remember having one when I was born they used to have them in the hospital I know because my my mom saved it for me. Now of course they use those ugly plastic ones but back in the day they used to use those letter ones with the babies last name they were very cute! ❤ Just thought I'd share a little history with you.
