      After watching back to back Laver Cups ('17, '18), I'm starting to think Borg doesn't really have much advice for anyone...at any time.

      Frans van Terwisga Bjorn was the coach. The other guy was the captain. Bjorn and McEnroe are the coaches of the Laver Cup.

    The three greatest ever in one room. The incomparable Borg, who knew how to win tennis matches better than anyone, is wise enough to let the two of them work it out together. It looks too, which is great to see, that there is so much mutual admiration between Fed and Rafa that maybe, just maybe after their singles careers are past, they could team up and gather a few doubles slams. Imagine what that would do for the doubles game , where for too long the best players have not really participated

    It is incredible actually to have them play that well as a doubles team considering they’re basically mirror doubles with extreme contrasting styles. But they seem to complement each other rather than disrupting each other’s style making their game very complete as a doubles team! 👌🏻

    1:24 a good summary of each style:
    Rafa: yes, if you’re back while I return I can absolutely wallop it at either opponent, especially the one closer to me
    Roger: yes and when I’m serving let’s play with feel, let’s feel it out

      I think Rafas english peaked from 2008-2011 where he was taking the english lessons. After that he was like "Fuck this, I dont need this shit. VAMOS!" and his english went downhill.

      His main focus is probably playing good tennis, not speaking good English. Although far from proficient, his English has improved a lot throughout the years.

      @@minyrar7107 Both of them have got a doubles gold in olympics, Roger with Stan at Beijing 2008 and Rafa with Felic(?) in Rio 2016.

      I think he is an excellent coach. He know theese two have it all figured it out, so it's no need form him to intervene. I belive that is a great unkown quality of a coach: to know how to let your players think for themselves.

    Borg...silver..platinum.. blond... but the same...no-opinion... no-comments guy... read somewhere that he disappeared from the stadium before the prize ceremony... when he lost... not to be found... and he retired from the sport without a whimper after that still in his 20s...vague guy...now is that sportsmanship of any order... he is lucky these sharp young very sporty guys are treating him with so much respect...
