Both provinces also feed them all year long and allow baiting which is like shooting fish in a barrel. As to why there is a pile of hay laying in the middle of the woods. To me baiting is just plain unethical and unsportsmanlike
i wouldn’t hunt with them it’s obvious they save the big deer for the tv hunters look at the bucks the 2 of them shoot every season that isn’t just good luck that’s keeping other paying clients from hunting the deer they are that’s a big no no in my book. my money is the same as there’s
BINGO. I had an outfitter in KS do that as well. It is ALWAYS a red flag to me when the outfitters are killing the biggest deer compared to the clients. It's a money game though. There was one in particular that I was scheduled to go to that the main guide killed a 200 inch buck OPENING day in KS posted it all over. Talked about watching and patterning it all summer then moving in himself to kill it... wait a minute... isn't that what a client is for? Total BS. I get that they are hunters too, but ... that's pretty damn blatant. I canceled my hunt . Money talks though...
Too bad you have to bait for them in the big woods, hunted Saskatchewan and they baited with dried peas. That was 20 years ago. I don’t bait for deer anymore. Just prefer the chase more. To each their own, a beautiful deer.
You say congratulations Pat on another great hunt have you ever seen Pat hunt for a whitetail let's just say white tail that he didn't shoot a monster that to most average hunters would be the deer of a lifetime of course you haven't because they want to track customers to that lodge so they're going to save the big one for Pat and you don't know how many days he sat on Stand waiting for that big one to come out he may have sat there for 2 weeks 2 and 1/2 3 weeks you don't know they didn't send him up there to shoot a spike and give them brand new Matthew's bows look at the penetration on her shot be lucky if her bow said it 35 lb
Come on buddy. You’re a Pro. You do this for a living. You should have had that bow in your hand. Then you sat it down again right after. Youngsters watch your hunts and you’re teaching em bad habits bcuz you’ve gotten soft over the years. You know I’m right. Said with nothing but respect. I guess it’s probably different in frigid weather when keeping your fingers from getting frost bite. So maybe that should be taken into account I guess. If that’s the case then my bad
With your acting thing was a hundred yards away with a 300 you could have spit out the window and hit that thing you act like you're all excited and everything else many freaking deer of a lifetime you've killed I don't want to hear it
DUDE I'm surprised you got that Deer... All that talking you do in the blind he must of been Tame. Then you wimp out and use a gun instead of the bow SMH
Love this Glorious footage!!!! THANK YOU! ...for also being a cinematographer!
When I saw him crank in another shell and in the excited moment set the gun down ready to blast it gave me a shiver down my spine..Nice Deer
