You are not alone. From 5pm to 11pm EST through January 5, 2023, trained FPA volunteers will be available to take calls from anyone living with facial pain, their family members, or their loved ones.
All of our volunteers either live with facial pain themselves or are close to someone who does. They will be available to lend a sympathetic ear and help callers feel less alone during a difficult time of year. Just call 800-923-3608.
Phone a Pain Pal is intended to be a support line and not a crisis line, which is beyond the scope of the FPA. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call 911, or 988 for the National Mental Health Crisis Line.
