Likeability factor. Jhud back then was not a favorite I guess because she didn't make it through the first cut of votes. She had to go through the wildcard round where the judges put her through (although she really has great voice) and for some couple of weeks prior to her elimination she was always in the bottom three. That week also Jasmine did good performance which put her on the safe zone. Even Simon acknowledged that together with Diana. It just came down to likeability factor back then that hurted Jhud's journey in AI and Jasmine's 3rd place finish.
