I think he’s more in line with keeping the status quo and stopping senseless killings like I think that’s why he interfered with the test floor when we first got to see Urek in the story him and his group try and do what they see as the right thing
Yea it’s getting harder to justify those claims but I still think being able to just control imagination is up there in terms of broken abilities but snatch souls on a wide scale without even really trying is different
