SM even refused to have CBX check their payment record. It's a common thing for artists to be able to see their record with payment (from what I know the artist can even share that record if they want to). SM straight up refused to let CBX see their record. They had to persuade SM for a long time and the company only allowed them to watch the record private in front of them, without taking any picture for reference. Also the Chinese members being made to share 10% of their salary to this day just goes to show how shady SM is.

You also didn't mention how members had conversation directly with the CEO about the distribution rights commission and they both agreed on 5.5% but they refuse to write that clause saying that Korean Fair Trade Commission would have their own ideas for this and the company can not write promise about something that isn't up in their hand. CBX's only mistake is that they didn't persuade that clause to be in written agreement or at least didn't have evidence of that conversation, neither witness. Its not the first time SM tried to gaslight its artists. People seem to forget what happened with JYJ, Jessica and China line of Exo. Even last year when Baekhyun told on his Vlive that he'll be starting his own company soon and he already talked about it with his company, SM denied all his claims that very day. Guess what?? The thing that I understand about MHJ concern is the problem started when belift take inspiration of NJ too much to the point Illit being mistaken as NJ a lot when both Ador and Belift are under Hybe so basically that such a roundabout way to said “we can create similar group to NJ and still successful” so she scared of her being kicked out sometime since she is someone who able to stand against the label. So that’s why people see MHJ as someone who able to defend herself against big corporation, hence the support come. I would like to see SM share their settlement information, it'd be hella shady if they refused to. I have a hard time believing any company, especially a big one like SM, plays fair but i can believe it when i see it..
SM even refused to have CBX check their payment record. It's a common thing for artists to be able to see their record with payment (from what I know the artist can even share that record if they want to). SM straight up refused to let CBX see their record. They had to persuade SM for a long time and the company only allowed them to watch the record private in front of them, without taking any picture for reference.
Also the Chinese members being made to share 10% of their salary to this day just goes to show how shady SM is.

As for CBX's case, you failed to mention that CBX were pressured during their military enlistment time respectively to renew the contract and at current point they weren't even paid for their Exo activities despite still being part of the group and were still asked to pay for their individual activities under INB100 which only joined as a subsidiary under One Hundred Entertainment when CBX were already appealing for the distribution case with SM but heard no response. You also didn't mention how members had conversation directly with the CEO about the distribution rights commission and they both agreed on 5.5% but they refuse to write that clause saying that Korean Fair Trade Commission would have their own ideas for this and the company can not write promise about something that isn't up in their hand. CBX's only mistake is that they didn't persuade that clause to be in written agreement or at least didn't have evidence of that conversation, neither witness.
Its not the first time SM tried to gaslight its artists. People seem to forget what happened with JYJ, Jessica and China line of Exo. Even last year when Baekhyun told on his Vlive that he'll be starting his own company soon and he already talked about it with his company, SM denied all his claims that very day. Guess what?? INB100 still ended up being created and SM was proven as the culprit for lying.

The thing that I understand about MHJ concern is the problem started when belift take inspiration of NJ too much to the point Illit being mistaken as NJ a lot when both Ador and Belift are under Hybe so basically that such a roundabout way to said “we can create similar group to NJ and still successful” so she scared of her being kicked out sometime since she is someone who able to stand against the label. So that’s why people see MHJ as someone who able to defend herself against big corporation, hence the support come.
However both Belift and HYBE completely missing the point and make that video which instead swaying public opinions to their side, it end up backfiring them. Even lot of ifans who stand defending Illit and ridiculing MHJ turning their back against Belift. They should at least just take same route Soumu did and make Illit to comeback with distinct concept so people not mistaking both groups anymore.

The fact that Belift threw Enhypen under the bus when all of this isnt about them it’s about new jeans and illit. Belift will really do anything to bring new jeans down, also WHAT THEY SAID ABOUT NEWJEANS AND ADULT FANTASIES IS NOT OK. 2/5 of the member are still MINORS! Why would they even post that video if they know it’s gonna make it worse. I love both illit and new jeans and I wish that this can get resolved quickly but it doesn’t seem like it.

Even after Hybe was confirmed to have tried to persuade Ador to “fake pre-sales of NJ albums to beat Aespa” which they declined because it was obviously unethical and against what Ador stood for.

Belift is first and foremost a collab company/venture by Bighit and CJ E&M started on 2018, (while the official rebranding to "Hybe" was 2021). CJ E&M is behind multiple idol survival shows with or is involve with shady dealings and that got investigated for manipulation. Its no wonder for me how their work ethics never change.
