Lately I've basically ignored the base upgrades and just hope to get a crit or a sync damage bonus in the shop, otherwise I just clear a few middle difficulty stages if the harder ones are too much. I've consistently got 7-8k points that way, 9k if a lucky stage shows up. And between 2/5 Red, 1/5 SS Lana and 1/5 SS Wally which should I give the sprint cake first? Already caked SSA Cynthia and NC Rosa but my only limited sprint unit is (the also caked) Rei. Need to optimize the choices for later rally runs.

At the risk of sounding very biased, I would consider Wally since it's a role combination you don't seem to have.
