PM knows only one thing, how to spread hate against one community and how to do PR for himself.. As the video says, we are already passing the demographic dividend stage of youth, who if they don't get jobs will become a huge problem in future. This is the biggest danger facing India. We had an advantage that if used properly could have propelled us. Earlier this same PM used to talk of ease of business, economy, vikas etc. Now since economy not doing well, he is back to old business of hindu-Muslim. Cannot tell you again, what a danger this will pose for us in future. This same PM tried to hide unemployment data by NSSO. This same PM fudged economic data to show india is growing higher. Members of statistical commission resigned in protest. Never this had happened before. For the first time international community doesn't trust the GDP numbers given by india. He claimed under him in 2016 india grew at 8%, but every metric of consumption was lower - how is it possible? Economy has been going down from last 8 quarters straight - last 2 years continuously, every quarter growth slowing down. Consumption in every sector down. They did madness like demonetisation which destroyed unorganized sector. They give corporate tax cut (which is supply side measure) at a time when we have demand side problem. This is basic econ. They don't even know basic economics, it is scary. Brilliant economists like Bhagwati and Panagariya were ready to work with him. Panagariya even left his job in US and came back to India to work here under Modi govt. He went back to US.

Well, even when they are on active duty, there are plenty of jawans who are appointed as drivers, guards of senior officers .... Even picking up their kids and buying veggies...... What kind of desh bhakti is that???......
So nicely explained the importance of each individual enterpreneur of India. and the end is really emotional and eye opening. Sir thank you so much for your beautiful presentation. 🙏🙏🙏
A leader who inspires, has compassion, provides clarity, has a heart and a call to action. Very impressed and more importantly I learned a lot. Thank you Captain Raman
I am so fortunate to have listened to this wise army guy. I am a part of India Un-Inc by chance and not by choice. Though an Engineer who worked in few IT companies for just under 5 years, I am now working at my father's small retail shop of household utensils and electrical appliances. I used to feel pathetic about myself until I watched this speech. I can relate to all that he said. Thank you for reinforcing the trust in my decision to be a small shopkeeper to substitute my ailing father, and give up the MNC job dream. 🙏
Wonderful speech I have heard in recent years, keep it up Captain Saab, who say our GDP is going down, when we have GREAT (G) Development Oriented (D) Personality (P), with us, lets all of us bring up India.
An eye-opener for people who are conscious of their surroundings. My respect for these people will always be there. Thanks for clearing the muck . Keep it up Sir.

Thanks for making us realise India is all about opprtunity, but for those who really want to work and grab opportunity. It is a must watch for those people creating work discrimination and feeling something wrong doing or status hurting business
You forget that india have a terrible political class that are always against the small businesses and small entrepreneurs. Multiple regulatory things, etc.

He has observed so many things from everyday incidents that all of us tend to ignore. It is an absolute eye opener and as someone suggested this has to be a part of school curriculum. Thank you sir for your great thoughts
His speech is an eye opener for our society. Each and every word came out not just from his mouth but from the heart. Hope we all listen to him and help bring a change in our society.
That was an incredibly awesome presentation I have ever had gone through in my life. It was an eye-opener session for the young talent pool. In fact, this is the fault of the parents who always teach their children to choose the most secure path in their life and avoid challenges. The leadership techniques and learnings come from the house.

@Uditya Tyagi Please enlighten me on how many 'B-school' turnouts go to work for at least one such MSME. I bet not a single one of them. Because MSMEs don't offer the comforts and convenience of a corporate job where it doesn't matter whether you work or you don't, you still earn your salary at the end of the month. I am a freelance corporate trainer and have worked with some of the very big companies in my career. I can assure you of the level of incompetence and inefficiency that these so called conglomerates are plagued with. It is appalling to see bungling at the highest level and such idiots getting away with only as much as a mild reprimand and lesser performance appraisal emoluments. I would personally kick such people out of the company and give them a very unfavourable yet fitting testimony of their imbecility to other companies so that they too don't suffer the same fate that my company might have. As for CEOs working towards increasing the profit margins of "already famous brands", how and who do you think must have effected the surge of such brands to global positions of power and demand? Those were the same people who began small and took their brand so seriously that they made them into certain indispensable products that we all today consume and intermittently enjoy.

Reliance is doing exactly the opposite. They are expanding vertically and horizontally and piling up food only on their thali. And Amazon as well. But I do think big brands r needed and Reliance is indeed helping small artisans and handicraft revive.
@@IndianFromMountVindhya that's what I told, Amazon goes by the same policy but it accquires foreign companies and expands itself in all countries and sectors, but Reliance is buying it's stakes in the domestic companies rather expanding itself in other countries so as to become a global brand, it should do that.
@@IndianFromMountVindhya So what you're saying is since reliance is an Indian company it's ok for them to be the one and only company to be around? Do you know what monopoly is?
Talking about jawans, in US when you apply for any job they first ask your military affiliation. And if you have served the nation you’ll be their first priority. We should learn patriotism from US.
Dude homelessness among ex soldiers is a major problem in USA. It's about time we do away with this inferiority complex inside us and looking upto west as theyre the pinnacle of human civilization with no problems. Go nd search about what many usa soldiers face after retirement nd youll see we our jwaans are much much better off nd live a better life.
@@abhilash9918 so true Abhilash. Also recruitment in USA army is a big scam. There are two class in USA army. There are private and combat soldiers. The difference is privates are high ranking officers who don't lead from the front unlike Indian army where the senior officer lead their junior army member from front with a war cry. It is other way round so only low ranking officers die when a operations fail as senior have the luxury to command and hide out. Would you want your children to join Army when there is no guidance, no leadership in army. No So then they USA army agencies run recruitment campaign in schools and lure the young teenage students with a beautiful career with the fantasy of war. 16 Is the age when recruitment begin. No parental permission is sought while luring these young students by running these campaign in schools as all schools are govt funded. Parents only know when the child has been exposed, taken into account an army life and comes for final approval to them. Horrified parents have no option but to sign their kids to the army. The children are stolen with their young mind still undeveloped to take the best decision about their life . The lure :- a uniform, a army life, an all cost paid training, adventure, a fulfilling experience and patriotism. This is all marketing. There is more to it. Free college degrees, free rent accomodation, all fees paid for higher education... benefits etc. Do not ask about the exploitation of female cadets. Children go leaving behind their parents. If you search recruitment in USA army. They do get into army, lose an opportunity at life. Opportunity to make informed choices. And how many survive to get a free higher education anyway. Do not compare India to any other countries. The amount of freedom, autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit u are exposed to here . You will not find anywhere else...In any country. Indian know the meaning of choice.
Thanks for highlighting these people. The memory of a man who sold me some peanut brittle on the street in 1980 has been a lasting inspiration to me. I imagined that his daily profit was small. To keep his business going he must give priority to buying more nuts and sugar, despite the daily needs of his family. His motivation and self discipline kept him to his budget, kept his stocks supplied, kept him appearing in the right places at the right time. Such a modest man was bursting with talent.
Much RESPECT and thank you for telling the truth! Treat everyone, the way you want to be treated, for God is watching all of us, and he is not happy. This is his world, and he is allowing us to live here for a time. Our arms are too short to box with God. ALL LIVES MATTER!!!
The last portion of the speech was impactful. Leveraging the talent that actually can deal with any real problem without any roadmap or pre-planned chart, especially at National level can increase the talent pool of the country powerfully. I am positive that in these changing times we all need each other and we all be smart enough to smartly optimize the talent out in the country.
Sir you are an absolutely a genius person ... what a mind set and way of thinking teaching young generation to think outside the box. Absolutely stunning .India needs mentors like you .... JUST TOO GREAT . SUPERB .
A captivating speech. I think every young Indian should listen to this without fail end to end. I am also reminded of Mumbai's dabbawala's and how they gained global recognition. Big businesses are driven by statistical modelling and photocopies from the West. Consider the number of supermarkets that have failed and those that are struggling and compare with a street vendor whose arsenal is so lean. But, the success rate of the street vendor is exponentially high. At every corner there is a lesson to be learned. Thank you captain for this wonderful speech.
This is somehow becoming my life goal changer. Has added great value and positive impact in my life. Thank you. Sir. Salute to your inner feeling and care which is so evident. Thanks again!!!
What a soothing balm for the ailments our system is facing at present, paradigm sure has shifted.Appreciate your discernment and deep understanding making simple things so special and worth .
Very interesting and amazing.20 years back, when I had been to Madurai,I found a person carrying a hand sewing machine on the street.I called him.He stitched a blouse in half an hour and charged very less money.Agreed the blouse was a very basic one but no shop gives a blouse before 15 days and they charge 3 times or 4 times of what he charged.I was really impressed.
What Capt.Raman sir said in the end about retd. army jawans I always believe this....owing to their dedication, determination and discipline, they should be treated very well with dignity and high ranked officers should be through a bit training should be inducted into civil services
Blessed are the poor! Poor people care more for each other than people with money! More money we have the more we want and the more we want the more people we are prepared to trample on to get it!!! My take away about having enough is when you have another source and don’t take advantage of it! This has thought me so much about myself, more than I’ve ever learned in school or in religion!!! Thank God I watched this..🙏🏾🙏🏾
Superb and very motivational , Also quite inspiring and pragmatic . He has truly indicated the difference between bureaucracy, red-Tapism Vs efficiency in running businesses pro-actively too. Kudos to Capt Raghu - we need more leaders like him at the helm to raise the voice of the working world with a good measure of success.
From being amusing to straight up sucker punching in the feels, this was a superlative presentation. I thought I'd skim through but instead watched riveted from beginning to end. It's encouraging, invigorating and humbling, and needs more visibility than the 1.1M views as of Sept 2020.
Also, 20:58 "phir wo kya karega/what will he sell?" you can sense the emotion in him as he recounts this story. What a valuable life lesson for us all from that old lady!
Captain Raghu Raman, First and foremost, my sincere salute to you for your service to the nation. There is nothing that parallels what you and other men and women in uniform do. It is because of you, people like you and our armed forces, India is so well respected. I am heart broken about how men and women who served the country are going through such challenging life after their service.Your speech is more than inspirational, your view of India's core entrepreneurs and empathy towards 98% is simple eye opening message with facts. I will look for ways to connect with you as I want to be part of any change we can make to these two very important groups

@ Can you send me any video/statement of PM spreading communal hatred/disharmony and doing hindu muslim please?
This is life changing lecture. Hats off Sir.
May I know what change it brought in your soo life ??

I buy things from local small shops, and also without brand

This is what a motivational speaker should talk about. This is what which can change your thought process completely. Just amazing..
Reliance is doing exactly the opposite. They are expanding vertically and horizontally and piling up food only on their thali. And Amazon as well. But I do think big brands r needed and Reliance is indeed helping small artisans and handicraft revive.
If it’s not going to be reliance who else ?. Amazon ? Walmart ?
@@IndianFromMountVindhya that's what I told, Amazon goes by the same policy but it accquires foreign companies and expands itself in all countries and sectors, but Reliance is buying it's stakes in the domestic companies rather expanding itself in other countries so as to become a global brand, it should do that.
What this guy doing? Why don’t he teach for poor people??? what he doing with corporates?!

I have seen plenty of job applications where they asked whether you are ex serviceman or not.
ruclips.net/video/llomUL41kqA/видео.html

No
So then they USA army agencies run recruitment campaign in schools and lure the young teenage students with a beautiful career with the fantasy of war.

This is one of the best speech I heard...Really superb.Every management companies should pass this video to all of there staff...Really valuable 👍
Enrolled in MBA for a year now, I have learned more about business in this entire video than my MBA degree.
Business is learned by doing business not in any business school, because the profs out there didn't try any business in their entire life
Sir you are an absolutely a genius person ... what a mind set and way of thinking teaching young generation to think outside the box.
