    Pre bake oven and pre bake pie shell at 425 for 15-20 min ,
    Bake pecan pie at 350 for 45 min and come out perfect

      🧡🧡Too sweet thank u..an advice is whenever u are making it add some lemon juice and zest to the eggs ..make the pie less eggy smelling

    When you put the pie weights in pie crust; I hat temperature do you set the oven on? And what is the temperature of the oven when you bake the pie.

    You can poke holes in the crust instead of weights when “par” baking.

    How do you know when it’s done, mine didn’t have any jiggle but it was gelled together and the crust disappeared,

      Did u par bake the crust first ? u know when it’s done if u shake the pie gently and it should give a little giggle in the center but have stability.

      My pies are to watery sometimes how can I fix this and I bought the dark karo syrup

      1 Cup Pecan Halves
      1 Cup Corn syrup
      1/2 Cup brown sugar
      2 tbsp Melted butter
      1 tbsp vanilla Extract
      4 Eggs
      Bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees
      If watery bake longer

    I believe she said 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. The pie doesn't get done at 250 degrees at 40 to 45 minutes.

      Yes I did to prevent soggy bottom crust! it’s called Par baking or u could also dock some holes in the crust to let air escape

      Try 1/2 tsp flour in your pie to set it. That should work.

      45 To 50 mins on 350 degrees oven to know if it’s done the pie should be firm not jiggly
