All they needed was someone to tell them that the execution of Paper Jam and remaking Bowser's Inside Story, for the same console that you can already replay the old game on while the switch has already come out, wasn't a great idea. Shame

I remember being just 7 years old, begging my parents every day to get Dream Team, they refused and told me to wait until Christmas but one day in October they surprised me with the game when I got home from school. I've played the hell out of this game, about 210 hours. I started a hard mode save file last year and it was just as magical as ever!
My first play through of it rn and I'm doing it on hard, you don't have to grind at all so long as the first time you go through an area you get into most encounters

I absolutely love this battle theme for how well it fits the tone of the game, but I think that it was honestly pretty out-of-place when you initiated a battle at Neo Bowser's Castle, especially considering the color palette and the dark and grim battle background LOL
i miss these games so much. I hope nintendo revives alphadream in some form, hopefully by recruiting some of the team members and having them develop a new game. I heard that alphadream always struggled with internal issues during development so straight up reviving the company probably isn't the best way.

I remember listening to this music for practicing dodging enemy attacks in Genshin Impact. Especially when I play as the bow-wielding characters. Yoimiya FTW. *flashbacks to my child self failing at and enjoying Mountain of Faith and Back from the Sewers*
I think what makes me love the Mario and Luigi series so much, is because of the showmanship that reminds me of wrestling. It’s so funny and cool watching Mario and Luigi take turns beating the shit out of some monsters. As a kid, I used to be super afraid of little stuff but Mario and Luigi made all of my fears melt away with their fun attitude. Honestly speaking, I’d be just as entertained if they took turns smacking a monster with a foldable chair.

It's a shame Dream Team was the last time AlphaDream stuck the landing. Afterwards, it was a downward spiral. A crossover with Paper Mario that was limited by the sharp decline of the latter franchise, and two remakes (as well done as they were, they were not new) with side modes. Supposedly, they were working on an HD game for the Switch, but developmental costs in addition to the last 3 releases underperforming spelled the end of the studio.
I never played the full version of this game, but i do remember playing the demo when it first came out back in 2013, i really wanted to play the full game but i couldn't because we had no money for it and i also remember using up the play time thing and reinstalling it again good times
I remember having Trouble with the Kissonodon and Kissonodon R Challenge. And with each Playthrough i needed less trys. Now i almost everytime first try the normal Version but R still gives me a lil Trouple.

I play this game once every year, and it never gets old! It’s the best Nintendo game in my opinion, and certainly the best 3DS game.

What a great series with so many amazing battle tunes. It really brought me great joy while traveling and just being at home.
This game must remembered. The soundtrack feels magical and the story can be pretty engaging.
