I have my T6 smart proseries thermastate all set up and configured but I get a cloud connection error. The app says to pull the thermostat off the wall and reset it. I don't know if mine comes off the wall - is there another way to fix a cloud connection error? thank you!

Hi Ann, thank you for your question. Removing the thermostat from the wall is the first troubleshooting step, you just have to pull the thermostat straight towards you. Is there a remote wireless temperature sensor to add to this thermostat?
