I purchased 2 of these units probably 6+ months ago now, and they are really good units. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxcr5WULFU6yC9UUKc_cdNJT9jGa6VxO1l They are great for 3d printer plastic dry boxes, freezers, vehicles, gun safes, and more. The unit in the picture was pulled from my deep freezer and moved into my truck center console (monitoring humidity for water leak). It took a few hours to thaw and normalize temp and humidity reading going from those extremes, as expected, but it handled it well and is still running great.
Why did you skip over the Z- wave!

Does the t6 pro z wave not have wifi and app functionality? I haven’t been able to figure that out on my new home as they didn’t leave any instructions for it
Z-Wave is on 908.42 mhz in the US or 868.42 mhz in Europe and requires a Z-Wave hub. Wifi is 2.4ghz
No help at all! Completely skipped over any useful information on settings, like how to turn on auto changeover.

My Pro Series thermostat has gone blank. I don't see a place for batteries and thought it was hard wired. Any suggestions??

Man you guys are terrible at supporting this Z-wave, why not get an expert IT guy to explain to everyone how to connect the controller and bold letter print on the Package explaining its not Wi-Fi, My Landlord bought it and installed it, behind my washer and Dryer, and its a pain to reach it. Amazon says it supports Z-wave, but the controller is actually the alarm hub. smarthings is a pain and samsung is in the same support, Hubatat changed their software, and sucks now. Makes me want to buy the wi-fi one but I am renting, and why spend way more money on security hub smart stations because these companies keep using proprietary crap to make more money. If I were rich I would have smashed the stupid thing already, I am not saying it in a mean spirit, but truthful. And to only reason I tried messing with it is because I was an electronics technician before. This video should be called programing not set up controller. Show all controllers that are compatible and how to set them up, that's your job
