Years ago I decided to start up a company making masks for Halloween and various other events and instead I found myself most of the time designing different lightsaber hilts. I miss doing that.

What steps do you take to finish your prints? It’s the one thing holding me back from getting a printer. I want to do a lot of similar projects but I’m scared about not getting smooth enough prints with PLA
Wasn’t sure if you got the staple gun from Phoenix props it’s awesome, I know you printed yours out , oh on eBay has aluminum shrouds for those galaxy’s edge hilts but check out the staple saber
It looks great, but the scale seems way too big, like over 50% too big. I guess that is necessary to accomodate the Savi's chassis. Wonder if there is a different, but still affordable way to go?

I wish the replica lightsabers had skinnier handles, same with the blaster saber. But i understand we prolly cant make them outta plastic with structure AND being completely cannon, yet lol
I have a saber idea in the form of force lance, taking inspiration from this saber and andromeda’s force lance, instead of the staple gun one ends the blade the others the blaster could prob use the parts from the toy too on this build
Hi Sir James my savi’s workshop blade will turn on but when you hit it lightly it will turn off but the sound will still be playing and sometimes when I turn it on it will only play the sound is there a way to fix it?

Also if we did go somehow that would be our vacation which my sister wouldnt want to spend our vacation there. So i will have to wait around 15 years if i was to ever go because than i would be in my 20s and maybe have enough money to go one time.
I have the Creality CR-10 is about $400 - very easy to set up and it's a decent size where you can make large prints or drag a bunch of files on the print bed
