I have been an Android user for 11 years and now for the first time I bought Iphone 13 pro max and getting used to IOS. The thing that I really hate in IOS is that for everything I have to press the power button. I never had to press button in Android. So this tip to tap the back of the phone is GREAT, AMAZING. I was going to start using Apple Pay but gave up because of those two clicks on the power button. Thanks for the tips I appreciated it.

This is a stupid feature. Why would I ever NOT put a case on an IPhone? Apple is stupid. F smart phones.

Yes it will work with a case on it too.
Tried it also on an iPhone SE 2020 iOS 15.2.1 and it is working as well. I noticed that as I have a hard iPhone case that I need to tap a little bit harder.

This is a awesome feature but the problem is that if you have a case then you can’t use it
You can use it with a case. I use this feature with my iPhone 13 inside a case.
Doesn’t work with the case I bet, my finger is not train to go back 😂
