Doscrediting wired headphones for "bad sound quality" 😭😭 be for real
Hardly any flagship phones have 3.5mm jacks.
So the point is moot.
@@LordHyperi0n As I’m watching this on my iPhone 15 with wired headphones… adapters, my friend. Adapters
@@LordHyperi0n He said that they were trash, which couldn't be a more false statement. The apple wired headphones (shown at the start of the video) are in terms of audio quality top notch actually. They probably are not or should never be your first choice when wanting to use them in a Gym. Nonetheless they are certainly not trash.
@@bootifulGhost The apple wired headphones are absolutely not top notch quality lmao. They're usable, but $15 Chinese hi-fi in ear monitors sound better.
I've had the Bose quiet comfort earbuds for about 6 months now and have issues with them disconnecting from my phone and just connecting them in general, not just when I first got them as you mentioned. Have you had any issues like that after using them for a longer period of time?
I have the sport earbuds and they don’t connect either i tried and nothing happened to the earbuds they everything did the trouble shoot a couple times and nothing i even called bose but they just said to buy a new pair and nothing happened to the earbuds they just randomly stopped working
Thanks for the help man! Subscribed!
Thanks bro my beats 3 broke yesterday at the gym and definitely been looking for a new pair for a while
Nice! Which ones are you trying to get??
Is it a given that these are pretty water/sweat resistant being these are the best workout headphones. I sweat almost like it’s raining during training sessions.
No jaybirds on here? I'm looking to see how they match up since I'm looking to replace em.
Thanks For This Video. Using Earbuds for The Gym Is A Topic That Is Overlooked In Most Videos of This Type.
A+ presentation 🔥
Ive been using JBL Tune Buds and Beats Studio Wireless3 in the Gym. Kinda just depends on how im feeling. If im gonna be more static and not moving around as much i like to use over the ear to be more subversive. I did just buy a pair of JBL Endurance peak 3 "around the ear" headphones and will liekly stick to those as my primary
I prefer over ear headphones to block out my gym’s horrible music and limit conversations. I was hoping to see more over the ear options with solid reviews on performance because in-ear headphones have some health considerations with sweat and ear wax that I’m still trying to understand.
Which are you using now? I'm trying to find a headphones now in de Prime day😂 Something comfortable with my ears.
@@xogironsame here!!
yeah my pair of skull crusher evos just fell apart after a while from the sweat / just being used a lot so i need something thatll actually last.
@@xogironhonestly would go with AirPods Max, if they weren’t heavy. Sony Xm5 seem to be the only decent ones that tick all the boxes
@@Jassa3 I've been using mine at the gym for the past two years and they've never caused any discomfort. Plus, the headphone parts are detachable, which makes cleaning them a breeze. I personally like to wash the pads and middle part in my washing machine at least once a week, and they always come out looking and smelling fresh.
I have the galaxy buds pro? For some reason I can't hear on calls when someone calls me. I can hear them but they can't hear me. I was able to hear on calls before this happened now not sure why I can't. I can listen to music but can't hear on calls. My buds are connected to the wearable app and the device and everything is up to date so I'm not sure what the issue is. I should be able to hear on calls
I had them for a while don't remember exactly when and what year I purchased them. I paid alot of money for these so if its defective I'm gonna pissed
Two things (1) Thank you for this my man! Because I was really curious about headphones for my workout and this helps (2) I also had trouble paying attention to the actual content because, as a Marvel fanatic, I couldn’t help but focus in on ALL of your Marvel swag throughout the video haha😂
Happy it was helpful! And in true marvel fashion, I definitely have to have easter eggs throughout the video lol
Heyyyy 😂
Great review, keep it up!
Imo stem style earbuds are way more comfortable. I'm using the OnePlus buds pro 2 atm, had the Sennheiser MTW 3 before that
Can’t use earbuds anymore looking for some good headphone options I recently got a very bad ear infection from my earbuds which made me almost loose my hearing. Note I cleaned them very regularly but was wearing them 3 to 4 hours out of the day
Where did you purchase the posters in the background?
U got any extra budget earbuds
Great review!
Thank you for this
I went from AirPod Pro 2 to AirPod Max in the gym, for 1 primary reason. I developed ear canal blisters from sweating against them. Also, they tend to fall out on occasion with certain workouts. Tried the Beats Studio Pro, but those were terrible.
U didn’t review a single headphone u goof…those are earphones, ear buds, IN EAR MUSIC TINGZ
dawg headphones is a broad term..calm down
blud looked at the tower of earbuds in the thumbnail and just decided to ignore it
@@gsdbp7893no it’s not a broad term HEADPHONES - EARPHONES see the difference
Ignorant comment.
Bro he took the time out to do a review video on headphones and ear buds.. while u sat your lazy ass there and watched the video and made a ignorant comment .. grow up dummy
great content bro
Wow i thought i had every beats 😂thanx for not letting me be the only one😊
What’s the best bass headphones for the gym and loud two
B&O EX, trust me. I’ve bought so many earbuds but these are next level in terms of sound and volume!
No in ear headphones seem to actually stay in my ear. Weirdly small canal mebe . The air pods sorta did but I lost 1 bud, the galaxy buds pro fall out constantly.
I got the daith piercing on my ear. so now I can’t stick my headphones in. sadly looking to find some good headphones for the gym. I think non of these will work for me 😢 still enjoyed the video. Might be a good present idea.
I would use my AirPods Pro 2 earbuds for working out, but even though they upgraded the noise cancelling; there is ALOT of people in my gym and sometimes it’s just not enough to “lock in” so because of that I own a nice reliable pair of over ear headphones
My Sonys is fr NOISE CANCELLING they are awesome
Do the beats fit pro have more bass than the airpod pro 2’s?
I would say they're about the same
At 5:30 mins. You can adjust the volume on the Beats Fit Pro by keep pressing your finger on the left ear (volume up) or the right ear (volume down).
Yea but then you lose out on the transparency mode feature. I love having access to both!
Surprised you haven't tried any bone conduction headphones. Really love my Shokz OpenRun for cycling, running, and now use them for almost everything else.
I’ve heard of them but never tried them. Maybe something to check out in the future!
Bone conduction is 100% the way to go for comfort, weight and weather resistance. I have AirPods Pro and some Sony cans, the shokz are my only exercise pair
Have you used them in the gym?
Sorry, but I’ve tried a lot of different ones and the sound quality has always been garbage. Not even good enough to listen to a podcast
Bone conduction earphones are TRASH. They sound soo poor like a muffled radio. I've tested 5 different brands, threw them all away!😒
Great video man
I appreciate it Prabh! Anything I'm particular that you liked about the video?
try oneplus buds 2 pro with hans zimmer tuning and ANC max + spatial audio + azla sedna crystal eartip for TWS
god like sound
Its weird how the buds 2 pro didnt fit on my ear
Love this vid
I do prefer over the ear headphones for the gym but I've gone through so many pairs of Beats Studios 3's then I'd like to admit since I am such a sweater. Even with a sweatband and covers, I'm lucky if a pair lasts me a year lol. Think it's time to switch to earbuds and Apple are the only ones I like. Thanks for the recommends!!!
I’ve had the bose quiet comforts for years now. I picked them but because of all the crying babies on planes. With the noise canceling I couldn’t even hear the ambience of the plane. They are perfect. I went in today and tested out all the new ear buds and over the ear. Products. Absolutely NOTHING compares to the Bose QC. I was hoping they’d come out with new technology but even the store clerk said there’s just no competition. I’m not a name brand guy, but if you truly want a high quality set then most definitely get the Bose. Don’t worry about the money as they earn their place over time. I bought mine 3 years ago and and they still out perform anything other companies have produced.
Quiet Comfort Ultras are out for pre order. I'm in the same boat. Tried multiple others and qc2 is now comfortable and sounds better. Looking forward to the ultras
@@Peytonsdad oh thanks, I’ll have to check them out. I ended up buying the Sony 1000xm5 just to test out and I’m definitely taking them back.. the Bose are just way better
Ive read a lot about connection issues with the bose. Whats your experience? Do they connect easily and are there no cut offs while listening to music?
@@anne-marie1039 I haven’t had any connection issues yet, but there’s only 2 main issues I have which really aren’t that bad. 1 because they’re touch to activate when I’m working out and my arm touches it it pauses the music😂 however I also did this with the new Sonys so it’s a common issue. And the other is the sauna. Because they’re temperature sensitive after about 10 min in the sauna they auto shut off when they get hot to protect themselves. It could be bad thing, but I like that they protect themselves rather than just ruin.
@@balancexpoint8362 yeah oke, those downsides both dont apply to me. So thats good. Im torn between MX5 and Bose. But seeing that comfort and fit is supposed to be amazing on the Bose i think ill go with them. Wanna take them to the bouldergym or wear them for long times in the office. So they seem like a better option, if the connection will not be an issue like for a lot of people. Maybe ill give em a try soon
Great view!
I use over the ears headphones at the gym ! Although I have AirPods Pro 2 i prefer having my headphone Bose qc700, noise cancelation is so good and when you are in the gym, you need to focus on your exercices and a bit « cut yourself » or isolate from the surrounding noises !
I tried to love the beats fit pro for working out but they were so uncomfortable for me, they made my ears hurt after 30 minutes of use or so, I had really high hopes but they definitely were a let down. (Personal opinion)
Yea I honestly think it really does come down a personal preference sometimes. Ive personally been really loving the AirPods Pro Gen 2
I though I was watching a headphone video and he’s only talking about earphones 😂
You can try Sennheiser hd58x or Hifiman 400se around $150. They are wired open back headphones but after listening to those you never gonna use wireless earphones. I use Sennheiser hd58x for the price you can't beat for sound quality, please give a shot.
Interesting, might have to check those out!’
@@NoahCBanks thanks for reply, appreciate what you doing.
Wait for open back headphones review 🔥
Recently bought the Skullcandy Crusher Evo’s.
Cant wait to try them on.
Nice would love to know your thoughts!
Only complain I have about using air pods max to workout is they fall off when laying down or leaning too forward
Are the headphones where you can download music to workout and not be dependent on having the phone on me just because I don’t want to carry my phone on me when working out and using headphones
Sony made a couple under their Walkman brand.
Nothing wrong with the headphones over the ear in the gym but if you can upgrade to some good Bluetooth earbuds, it would be better to upgrade
The Bose Bluetooth earbuds are terrible. I could not get them to stay snug in my ear. They didn’t have no wing tip or hook to keep them snug in your ear. They are terrible for exercising and working out or lifting weight. I returned those bad boys and went with the beats pro fit.
Thank you for the great video. I think Bose is the most suitable earbuds for gym use. If it is used for outdoor sports, I don't think these earbuds are suitable. Instead, open-ear Bone conduction headphones are recommended. I am using the Wissonly Hi Runner headphones myself, which are open-ear headphones with powerful performance and can be used in many scenarios, such as running, swimming, boating, cycling, hiking, etc.
I had Bose Quiet Comfort airbuds I version and i was riding bike about 40km/h no problem 😊
+1 to this, I am using OpenRun Shokz mini and pretty much covers all aspects plus its small and lightweight. problem is no noise cancellation since bone conducting, but manageable, at least for me.
Yeah, I love over the ear headphones at the gym. The surround sound is amazing and the sound quality is the best. What? Do I care about what other people think? No, I'm not still in highschool.
AirPod max have no sweat or water resistance so I would not recommend them at the gym.
Not only do you risk ruining them but best case scenario the pads will get smelly
I don’t thing Samsung pros are good. Had them for a month and the sound is great but they kept falling out of my ears even when just walking. Switched to google pixel pros and I was loving them until my sweat ruined the left ear bud. They were pros and sweat “resistant” but failed big time. I’m still looking for something that can actually keep up! And no, I don’t like Apple cuz my gym sessions are not average! I move a lot n sweat a lot!
tks from Brazil
Jabra Elite 75T is what's on the caption, but you said Jabra Active Elite 75T.
Those are 2 different things with a big price discrepancy my guy
Jabra is the most popular brand used in call centers
Thx.
Beats Fits Pro. Love the fit. Never fell out. The AirPods Pro fall no matter what size tips I use
the wing tip does wonders for sure (if it doesn’t accidentally rip on you!)
@@NoahCBanks this is the 2nd video I have saw about the wings ripping. May be covered by AppleCare. I refuse on headphones
@@KingTechHDMine ripped past the warranty coverage. I just super glued it lol.
Great video. However can you do your fans a favor and do an best entry level earphones and headphones. I notice that everyone see budget differently. For me that's between 20 to 100 dollars. Great video though
I appreciate the input TaMike. Unfortunately for me that category of headphones doesn't seem to last as long for me and you end up spending the same amount of money as these if not maybe more if you have to keep replacing the cheaper ones.
however, check out this article which provides a few good options! www.nytimes.com/wirecutter/reviews/best-headphones-under-100/
Think the definition of headphones needs explained to the character reviewing the earphones.
Had to return the Samsung buds because they died due to sweat. The google buds location tracking is terrible. It could never be found with it.
could be just my ear shape, but my google pixel buds fall out constantly when I'm working out. any other time like watching RUclips they are fine but when I sweat they just fall out on the floor constantly.
They definitely are prone to falling out, just lost mine at the gym. And here I am looking for a replacement ha
Thumbs down for misleading tittle
pixel buds a are pretty decent
0:00 🥲
I have Sony xm5s and I’m here because I refuse to use them in the gym and get them all sweaty 😂
Last time I used jabra ear buds you couldn’t use 1 at a time. Cuz the main board is in the right ear you could only use the right ear by itself. Left ear won’t work alone. Sometimes I like to hear my surroundings when in public and so I know I’ll always have one charging.
Jbuds are trash
My personal choice:
When @ home - Sony XM4
Great for listening to music and watching movies (including top-tier noise cancellation)
When @ the gym (or anywhere away from my XM4s) - Airpod Pro2
One of the best overall (sound, base, noise cancellation) that is small enough to fit the pocket.
Think that is a dope combo. I have a fairly similar approach with AirPods Max for at home/on a plan and AirPods Pro2 for the gym
The Airpod pro2 don't stick though? They keep falling?
@@Eagle-Striker yup, still loose while working out
after my experience with power beats pro im never using any apple earbuds again
mine also wing tip ripped beats fit pro
i like my sjullcrusher over head headphones
Ain’t no way u put the airpod pros in A😂 I own the gen1 airpod pros and I kid u not they would fall off after about 2 seconds of running. Even if I wiggle my jaw, they would immediately fall out even if they were securely fitted
Did you try the different ear tips?? You may want to look into the beats Studio Buds or fit buds Pro if you are having issues with those staying in your ears.
Yep...I like the bigger headphones because people won't interrupt me while working out and... because I have piercings that don't allow my Airpod pro inside my ear :(
the wired are $19 tho...
beats huge case isnt for me
Ok, ad whre are the REAL headphones and earbuds
say Seneiser, Fiio, moondrop, trouthear, audize
this is just promotional product placement
❤❤
Beat fit pro. Best for me
They are great for working out! For some reason though that wing tip ripped and I haven’t replaced it since
No way air pod pros are good workout ear buds. They are notorious for falling out when just walking around… you’ll be constantly pushing them back in your ear while working out..
I know this because I have/had a $300 pair and I only have one ear bud because of the problem I mentioned… many RUclips videos stating this.
Beats studios pretty much the Jordan's of gym headphones
Whats their best model?
How much re yu paid to bring up the apples over ear head phones? If you must mention an over ear headphone, how about suggesting something that is actually good, like the Sennheisers, the Boses are the Sonys, they are all superior to those mediocre apple headphones.
Just video coming 😉
yes, airpod pros. lol. they good
If you’re talking about workout headphones why not include the Powerbeats Pro? They’re literally the only actual headphones specifically made to workout.
That’s funny, this video says headphones. Headphones. Headphones. Headphones. Headphones. Headohones.
I’ve been using wired headphones forever, the ones that came with my iPhone. I just bought my first Bluetooth for active things and the sound quality is terrible. It’s like am radio. No bass. It’s the a10 pro.
This guy says the original wired one is trash, I’d have to disagree. They are significantly better in sound quality from what I just bought.
Looking forward to something good if it’s a big step forward. But to call the wired ones trash is not correct. If there’s better, great. But definitely not trash.
So you reviewed a bunch of earphones to waste my time? Thanks champ
Don’t worry, over the headphones is coming 😉
air pod max neither over the ear headphones not meant for working out at the gym since every person who uses them eventually the cushions end up torn up due to sweat and heat... why the hell lifters using them till now in the gym? most likely they end up buying 3rd party after market headphone cushion that dont match there headphones lol... its only for showing off cuz u have the most expensive headphones thats most likely why they wear headphones instead of earbuds
bose is meant for android devices thats why u have a hard time pairing them up to your iphone...
8:55
99 percent people have no idea what working out is. Walking and weight lifting it’s is not working out cuz I don’t even sweat. Pro max AirPods would be a formless trash after 10 rounds of heavy bag work out. There is no even a single video on the internet with review earphones for real activity.
You feel like a big big boy don’t you working out doesn’t only include tap dancing around a heavy bag walking running and weight lifting is definitely working out all depends on your fitness level have a 400lb obese person walk for a mile they will be just as exhausted as you Rambo
Most of these specially the Apple's which you rated as "premium S tier" are not even suitable for working out because they are not built to withstand sweat or water (you need to wash them after use or the saline sweat will corrode the internals eventually).
poor advice for fitness overall
google, what is a headphone ffs
Funny thing is, this popped up 😉
Am I the only one who has problems with AirPods falling out my ears while working out?
Yes and while eating/laughing. Its annoying
No Beats Pro?! The best in the game
Bluetooth emits radiation through your head as only one bud is connected to the phone and other talks to the first one. Wired headphones are still great option, maybe not for the gym but overall should be preferred due to not having electromagnetic radiation.
Apple air pods are not sweat proof
Almost none of these are for the gym
Bro just wasted money by cutting thoses wired earbuds bro
Sony WH series much better than the shitty airpods max
Im never buying stuff from Dre.
these are earphones/buds and not headphones - misleading title....
Jbuds are the worst brands to mess with
This guy mentions headphones in the title and goes on to review earphones???
Gotta Google headphones my man 🫡
@@NoahCBanks you think I didn't google headphones? Lmao
You lost me bro, 2 mins in.
Here’s your dislike ☺️
