Great video. Did this on a Seat Leon mk2 (2006) 2.0 TFSI, the parts are the same and these instructions work perfectly. Front discs were 312mm. Didn't have the brake pad level sensor on the car, so I just removed the lead on the new pads with a pair of wire cutters.

Spot on. Second side only took me 15 mins. Great video. Is it much harder to replace the rear disc and pads?? I used anti squeal Greece on the back of the pads . Is this ok??
    Thank you.

The Cupra shares the same brakes as the VW R32 / Audi S3.
    Thank you fro the comment.

I assume this would be the same procedure for the mk2 Seat Leon Cupra with the bigger brake size 345mm?

Do you know how to remove the heat shield behind the rotors?

Yes because everyone has a air compressor in their home

Hi Lee, we very much appreciate that nobody has a compressor at home but the idea of the video was for people to make an informed decision whether or not to tackle the job or leave it to a specialist. If you do decide to go ahead you would just need to use a bar and socket and torque wrench. Kindest regards, Team VWGenuineParts
