The disappointing thing is that there's so little of the real Zella Jackson-Price out there. Did she ever do an album or CD? She is among the greats, but I wish there were more recordings of her. The cast of gospel stars in "Say Amen Somebody" is amazing and she sure can hold her own among them.
To my knowledge she never did but she is still alive and well so maybe that will change! She lives here in St Louis and I see and speak to her from time to time. "Im His Child" and "Say a Little Prayer" were written by her if Im not mistaken. She is truly one of my all time favorite gospel artists; Im am especially honored to know her!
