Damn this bring back memories, when i was in the army i was station on schofield back in 2013. Mililani town use to have arcade place on the corner, a bar where people went to Salsa night on tuesday i believe, and The Shack wasn't that far as well. I hope to get station there again next year if all goes well.

Aloha Fresh. Please reach out if you do. No more salsa, but the beer is still cold at The Shack.

Man, giving you a thumbs up but you cannot show Mililani Mauka as the best selling point. I found this video because I am not in state, but I was born and raised and have all my family by 16 acres. I really appreciate you showing Mililani. Even though you showed Waiena instead of Kipapa.

Haha ok Marc. So we need to do a future video with you showing us around 16 acres and your Kipapa stomping grounds then? 🤙🏽🙌🏼

Wow! Lived in Mililani Town 1980! Went to Mililani High School. Our apt was across from the Longs Drug Store. I think there was a Mc D’s. A Catholic Church was nearby and a skating rink?

I was raised in the plantation camp of waipio which used to be next to kipapa elementary school until I entered the military at 17. The whole area of mililani used to be pineapple fields as far as the eye could see. I live on the mainland now and I can’t believe how much it’s changed.

My wife grew up on the mauka side. Her parents still live there in a paid off house!!! Its crazy that their house has no ac and is still worth $1 million dollars lol.

@@movingtohawaii my friend just put earnest money on a house mauka side. $1.1 million!!!!!!! and it's only 1500sf with a 2 car garage and 8ft cielings that most million dollar homes don't have. I wish I had 1 million to spend here in Reno lol. I could get 5 acres in Washoe valley between Reno and Carson City!

Late 69, worked weekends clearing curbs for what I was told would become “Mililani Town”. Contractor told me I should buy in. 23k. Too much then, but in 72 we bought in Nob Hill. Two houses later we’re across the street from Nob Hill, thinking of selling our 1.7mil home and go smaller. 50yr resident…

Wow. Too bad we cant go back and buy a few more at 23k! What high school you grad? Let’s link up and have coffee or a meal at Mililani Town Center sometime.

Funny thing...I always liked zippys chili frank plate over L&Ls chili dog plate...but now that I cant get chili dog plate at L&L in the mainland L&Ls....I find myself really craving L&L chili dog plate lol.

Funny how the craving for local kine grinds follows us wherever we go! And how our standards change the longer we’re away 🤣

With the large Koa Ridge development, do you think it will ease pressure on the market for Mililani?
