@Hell Raiser Dang! My friend got a couple of tickets to see Crue in the "Vince-less" era... Needless to say, I had no idea they had some other lead singer, I bounced right the hell outta there! Because back in the way day Nikki was all like, "we will never be like those other bands and replace a member, the FOUR of us make Motley Crue. " it was a let down. I didn't buy the ticket though so, at least there was that. Lol

You can get your first month for free and just cancel your subscription before it renews. Plus the cost of a dvd/blu ray for this movie would easily be $20+, it’d literally be cheaper to have 3 months of Netflix. Plus you get all the great additional content that comes with Netflix.

Regarding Nikki's comments about his frustration with the longstanding drug plague in our society, has he spoken about whether he does think there should be a 'war on drugs' or does he favor legalizing drugs on the idea that it would make drug use safer and steer more people toward treatment? Also, has Nikki ever spoken about the Crue's former manager, Doc McGhee, and the rumors that he was involved in international drug selling and had connections to Noriega? Does he now regret associating with McGhee?

97warlock ismyname.....well just watch the final ever concert at the Staples Centre and you will see Nikki as you want.
And what you will see is a legend who is balding, has now a very far far back hairline, but with his styled way of fixing his hair with product he can hide it. But we are all vain, he does not wear a wig despite the people that claim he does, no.....just as stated a very far back receding male pattern baldness and bits covered on top. Simple stuff. The bandana he wore for decades, Nikki is Italian/American, baldness in Italian males is very common.
I do not GAF, Sixx has penned some of the most iconic songs in rock history, fucked more chicks than most, done every substance available, is worth upwards of what 60 million, beautiful family, a wonderful father, he gives back to the community via his centre for helping those with substance problems/young kids who are into music. And has a drop dead stunning wife. A legend. And a survivor. Died not once...but twice.

Kerry Hudson because same ol situation and don’t go away mad are from their pop rock album (Dr.feelgood) which is where music was headed. Listen to early Crüe and they were a lot more metal... you have to listen to more than just their hits to get that.

And stop comparing Mötley Crüe to Queen... I’m a huge motley fan but they don’t compare to Queen simply because it’s a completely different genre! Operatic’s and metal aren’t comparable....People that are comparing them are so arrogant and clearly don’t understand music.

It says It in their book along with a interview with Vince saying “ we may wear makeup and dress like girls but we can still kick your ass.” But as for sound, early Crüe was raw metal. Especially the songs that didn’t necessarily hit the charts. But the public likes pop music. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Heroin/opiates are the only drug (imo) where no matter how bad and committed to quitting the person is, the withdrawals are just too bad to give it up through willpower alone.

Naww..it isn't weed. It is good genetics and that alone. Although the old joke used to be that heroin was a human preservative. Look at all of the old rock stars that had significant habits. They seem to age slower than the rest of us. haha. You rarely hear the joke now, but when you look at a lot of the guy like Sixx, the Aerosmith guys and many others, it seems like they aged considerably slower. But when it all comes down to it, it is genetics alone (genetics and plastic surgery in some cases hehe).
..Although for how much is made of it, Nikki didn't use heroin for that long of a time. Although when he did it, it sounds like he went hard. Several near fatal ODs and 'The Dirt' documents his cray spending on drugs. I remember a part where he got a letter from his accountant who said something like, 'if you continue spending 'a certain amount' of money a day, you will be totally broke in 11 months'. I haven't read it in like 11 years, but I clearly remember that part.

Okay I re-read the description... Apparently what they meant was, Nikki is "lead singet/bassist"...
Nothing more to say other then it's obvious today's BULLSHIT industry has NO FUCKING RESPECT for rock n roll. If they did, they would say names correctly, know who's in the band, etc.

I don’t know why Crue thinks no body partied harder than them and how they were the original bad boys of the 80’s. Every band @ that time was snorting whiskey & drinking coke with tour buses full of naked groupies. Sorry Nikki but I don’t remember you guys standing out as the leader.

Its all about the reputation they had, Def Leopard was also known as hard charging party guys,.. But they was also well known for women under the stage. But your right, All bands was balls to the wall . But not all bands hung with Ozzy either, We all know Ozzy was crazy and now we see what those years has done to him. The King would probably be Ozzy

Cool but how is it realistic enough that Motley Crüe has sold more than 100 million records? In the last 22 years they have only put out 3 records of original material.... 100 million? Of what records.. girls, girls, girls or Dr. Feelgood? Bullshit.

    • @pacochuquiure7807
      @pacochuquiure7807 5 лет назад

@Cory Clyne hard to believe muy friend. Van Halen and Metallica have sold more than 50 million only in the US and, in the case of Metallica, they have surpassed the 100 million mark. Moreover, Motley Crüe was never a global success in terms of hit singles, albums or tours (Even when they were big they didnt tour the world). It is really strange the counting of those albums. Aside from that i think there is no clear evidence as to how many albums are sold worldwide... the RIAA only counts US sales and we know there is more people living outside the US.

It is very hard to believe. In January of 1992, the total was 20 million albums sold. That was after their first five records. Their self titled album was a failure, Generation Swine was a failure, New Tattoo was a failure as was Saints Of Los Angeles. The last album the Crue had that went Platinum was Red White And Crue. Believe me- if Feelgood or Girls or Theatre or Shout or Too Fast had reached diamond (10 million sales) we would have heard about it. Nikki Sixx would have talked about it daily on Sixx Sense. Virtually no one was talking about Motley Crue between 1993-2004
